Doctor Helen she is great with children . She is very respectful to my children’s feelings and goes out of her to make them feel comfortable . Very clean and friendly office staff . Here she goes to get her crowns and fillings .

Mimi is very attentive and friendly. She immediately figured out how to make my special needs son feel comfortable. My son would try to take off running other times at other dentists. I’m happy I found this place because my son actually let himself do an X-ray and cooperated with Mimi. Also front staff and doctors are friendly and patient.

Fantastic care for my son! They went above and beyond to give him the special care that he needed. Doctors were amazing at giving him the care he needed and keeping me informed all along thru the process 😊 Everyone who works here is friendly, kind, caring, and great at their job! From our very first call and thru the whole process we felt welcomed, happy, safe and cared for💙 Thank you so much to everyone there!! And we recommend them to anyone, even big people too😊

I made an appointment to have my son seen here, but unfortunately I was not able to make it to the appointment on time! I called and canceled the appointment and was then offered a new appointment for later in the day. I was not able to make it since I don't have anyone to look after my kids later in the day! I was then told by the receptionist and manager that I was going to be charged a $ 60 fee for canceling! I was not made aware of this fee although they are convinced they sent out letters notifing clients of this fee! I never received one! I wouldn't recommend this dentist to anyone! I feel I was treated very unfairly!!!!

Multiple canceled appointments due to lack of communication on their end every time, always running late, referrals never get sent out correctly (if at all), and staff never seems to know what's going on and is super rude! But you can bet they will make sure to call you multiple times back to back to confirm your appointments, instead of just leaving a message!!!

Edited to reply: I was referring to every one of the appointments that were scheduled for my children. Your comment about my account has nothing to do with them; completely separate accounts with different insurance. What's your reply to that?!

I do not recommended at all , my son got fillings done and when I asked to see the x-ray they side they didn't have them ! Plus when I went in the room because my son was crying so much and they couldn't finish thier work on him , the doctor was not being understanding at all she was being annoyed and rude to my son , saying to him "you need to stop! Now! Quit crying! Quit it now!" I felt like just picking up my son and walking out ! If she didn't have done two holes in my son's teeth that needed to be filled , I so would of . Then I sing for my son to get his baby tooth removed because he has he new tooth coming out and she side " oh am not ganna touch it , because it should fall off on its own by the end of the week" it's been a month and my son still has his baby tooth on and no where near loose , then I called to make an appointment to get it removed aging and I cancel the appointment because my son had a cold and I was told very rudely to talk to my medical to find a new dentist because If I cancel an appointment one more time, they suggest I find a new dentist ! Do not take ur kids here and if you do make shure to get in the room with them !!!!!

Dr. Alvarez is a top notch A**hole when it comes to compassion and following the law. This is supposed to be a place where they specialize in children. All they care about is getting MONEY anyway they can. DON'T GO HERE!
Letting children have a traumatic experience is what Children's Dental Center is all about! Telling me to take my child to a center where they can "knock " him out for dental care is super professional.

First of all I want to thank all the staff for being courteous and friendly very professional. Beginning with a call but in person I was so surprised very attentive also I really want to thank Selina for taking care of my needs since the beginning she went above and beyond for me never in the years I've dealt with a dental facility I have been treated with much attention. Highly recommend it it worth it.
