Dr. Pauline and staff always do a great job! I have been going to her since I was a child, and now my own daughter goes too. They always provide a positive atmosphere and go above and beyond in providing great dental service. Wendy is always friendly and I really appreciate when she takes the time to explain to me dental procedures or to answer any of my numerous questions! I never leave feeling like just another customer. They know me and my family by name, and it’s the little details like that, that make this dental office stand out amongst the rest.

I have been a client of Dr. Nguyen and Chic Dental Staff since I was a small child, over 15 years! This is such a friendly staff and positive environment. They were so patient with me when I was small, and they continue to be courteous as I developed into an adult. I feel safe with this staff and comfortable sharing about my life.
This staff is very professional. Wendy, the front desk receptionist, has been working there for so many years, and I always felt so relaxed to see a familiar face. They also have staff members available to speak different languages for any clients that need it. This was extremely helpful for my mother when she would bring me and my siblings in for an appointment. I would highly recommend this dental clinic!

I’m happy to say how clean and professional this dental place is especially during COVID. I walked in, there was nobody in the lobby waiting and was seen right at my appointment time.

Been coming to Chic since I was small and this has been my favorite dentist and staff. The staff in the back are great and friendly, love to come in the office and get greeted by Wendy she’s the front desk person, she always answers all my dental questions she explains everything with detail .The two dentists there are amazing!! The thing that I like about them both is that they never make me feel rushed and they take their time and they listen to every little thing and the staff in the back is very comforting and if you are ever nervous they talk to me and help calm me down and get me out of my nervous state.

Clean and professional. Today my wife and I had general exams with x-rays and a full cleaning. They offered us this at a special price of $60 per person over the phone when we called. Everyone speaks perfect English, and I heard them using Spanish for another patient. The dentist herself was great, (Pauline Nguyen). They were fine with me asking not to have fluoride. And the x-ray lead apron was clean, and had a thyroid collar. That's important to me. We are definitely coming back every year for teeth cleaning.

I made a dental appointment with this office on 7/9/2021 for an appointment tomorrow, 7/23/2021. When I made the appointment, the front desk did explain that they took mainly pediatric clients (under 21), but have limited adult clients. I am 21+ and gave her my DOB and information and she continued to make the appointment for me. Today, I just got off the phone with the dental office and they stated that they stopped taking adult clients since July 2021. So, my appointment had to be canceled. Communication needs to be better here. Your office should call at least a few days in advance to confirm information like this.
