I was recently referred to the CNOHC at Hastings. I have heard good and bad things about the hospital.

Upon arrival, staff seemed to be friendly. The facility was clean and the signage helped navigate through the hospital to corresponding clinical areas.

I will note that I was disappointed when checking in registration that my physician had called out that day and my appointment would be scheduled another two months out.

Yet, I am also grateful that once explaining making a nearly two-hour drive, they were able to squeeze me in with another physician that was on-site and willing to perform the procedure I was referred for.

The main downside to everything would still be the time-frame and how long or far out appointments get scheduled. Even for follow-ups.

Overall, it was not a bad experience. Even though there were unforeseen circumstances, the staff was kind and understanding. The nurses and practitioner that worked with me were nice and very professional.

I enjoy the atmosphere here but sadly their priorities are elsewhere, told my scheduled appointment was rescheduled without my permission and without letting me know in advance. Wasted an hour just to be told id have to wait two more hours to even been seen on my regular scheduled appointment. I wouldnt have high hopes coming here.
Sadly they are proven to be irresponsible and lack luster when it come to schedule changes. I will be expecting better from here but I wouldnt put to much hope into the people of optometry. They lady was nice tho.

Kaylee Switzer and her nurse Michelle are always so helpful and supportive. I drive 2 hours from Arkansas because the quality care is worth it. I am so grateful for Cherokee Nation.

They are always very helpful and respectful and attentive to me. When I arrive for my apointments the nice ladies in Radiology Intervention are always ready for me and I never have to wait. They make painful injections go by fast. The cafeteria is more affordable than most fast food. You have to dodge security if you want to smoke though

Three Rivers Health Clinic in Muskogee keeps sending me here because they don’t have the staff to care for their patients. The outpatient clinic has been very helpful and it seems like they care more about my well-being. I won’t waste my time going to Three Rivers in Muskogee anymore. I will come here.

I've been going to Hastings all my life. Don't be surprised if you get treated like crap and get no help. Three Rivers in Muskogee is ten times better.

I drove in from Tulsa having never used these services and nothing but good interactions. Everyone was super kind and helpful, including the security guard who helped me find the Same Day Clinic.

The Pharmacy wasn't an issue at all. I maybe waited 25 minutes for my prescription and the Pharmacist was super kind and explained everything for me.
I went on a Monday and got there right as they opened. I imagine it would be busier later in the day and therefore more of a wait.
