Cerritos Smiles has never failed me in any of my dental procedures.

Everyone from Dr. Wong, to Dr. Hayashi, Laura, Esmeralda, etc., have always been helpful, very informative and the customer service has always been friendly and served with a smile.

Going to the doctors/dentist office always makes me anxious but the atmosphere here at Cerritos Smiles eases my nerves and I’ve never had a hassle getting an appointment. They take exceptional care of their patients here and from what I can tell, they’ve always had the clients best interest at heart.

Ten times out of ten, I would highly recommend this dental office to anyone who asks.

This is the best dental office around. Front Desk staff is amazing. Esmeralda is using multiple phones while using the computer to help out all the patients. She is a multitasking master! Esmeralda helped me with scheduling and insurance questions and was very thorough. Dr. Wong was my dentist. Every dentist before him, I had some pain coming in and out of the office... but not with Dr. Wong. He was very careful and very gentle. It did not feel like a dental visit at all. Dr. Wong and his team are amazing and let you know exactly what you need and what you DON'T need. Go here for excellent care!! I will never go to another dentist.

I recently had a crown and root canal procedure with Dr. Michael Wong at Cerritos Smile Dentistry, and I'm extremely pleased with the experience. From the initial consultation to the final result, everyone in the office was professional, courteous, and caring.

Dr. Wong was excellent throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain each step of the procedure, answered all my questions, and made sure I was comfortable and relaxed throughout. His expertise and skill were evident as he worked efficiently and precisely to complete the crown and prep me for the root canal.
Emily, the dental assistant, was also fantastic. She was gentle and kind, making sure I was comfortable during the procedure. She explained each step of the process to me and kept me informed throughout.

The quality of care I received was top-notch. The crown and root canal were done to perfection, and I didn't feel any discomfort or pain during or after the procedure. The post-up care was also excellent, with Dr. Wong checked in with me to ensure I was doing well and answering any further questions I may have had. Reassured me to give them a call if I felt the need to adjust to the crown's shape, size, or position to resolve any discomfort or issues.

I highly recommend Dr. Michael Wong and his team at Cerritos Smile Dentistry. Their attention to detail, expertise, and compassionate care make them a standout in the dental profession.

I was scared to come in. When I checked in with Laura in the front, Emily the dental assistant, and Dr. Nader they made me feel at home. Once my check up was done I met with Esmeralda which went over pricing and work I need done I felt super comfortable and relieved. I will definitely schedule my appointment to get all my work done. I had an incredible experience at Cerritos Smiles Dentistry when I needed a root canal. Initially, I was nervous about the procedure, but the team made me feel completely at ease from start to finish.

The staff was incredibly welcoming and professional. The receptionist greeted me with a smile and quickly checked me in. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, which helped calm my nerves.

Dr. Wong, the dentist, explained the root canal process in detail, so I knew exactly what to expect. He answered all my questions and reassured me throughout the procedure. The actual treatment was surprisingly painless. The office uses state-of-the-art equipment, which I believe contributed to the smooth experience.

The root canal procedure itself was done efficiently, and I felt very little discomfort afterward. Dr. Hayashi (Endodontist) made sure I was comfortable the entire time, checking in with me regularly to ensure I wasn’t in pain. After the treatment, the office gave me thorough aftercare instructions and made sure I knew when to schedule a follow-up appointment.

I was very impressed with the level of care and professionalism here. I’m happy to say that my root canal was a success, and I can now enjoy pain-free chewing again! I highly recommend this office to anyone who needs a root canal or any other dental treatment.
