Dr Pritchett called me himself the evening before my first appointment which blew me away. He was kind and informative, I have horrible teeth but he made me feel comfortable. His receptionist is an amazing and kind woman, his dental assistant was also very kind. Having to wait a month to establish this group as my dentist was worth the wait

Dr. Pritchett and his staff are incredibly kind. A friendly greeting right when I walked in. I got a few xrays and an exam. The dental assistants were accommodating. I felt educated and informed about my dental health and how to properly care for my teeth and gums going forward. Looking forward to future visits.

As always it was a great visit! My husband and I are so happy to have found Dr. Pritchett! He really cares about his patients and has an obvious love for the profession. And his office staff is so kind and friendly! I love the gentle comfort doggie on staff! Thank you Dr. Pritchett!

DO NOT GO HERE
I only give them one star because I can't go lower. I rate them at ZERO STARS.
The dentist will constantly try to sell you things at overpriced rates. He is in it for the money.
They charge you randomly for procedures they never performed. Their billing system(if you want to call it a system) is a complete mess. They try to bill insurance for procedures you did not receive. They charge you for procedures that they say is covere by insurance when they know it isn't. They DO NOT care about you and WILL try to scam you. They are an office that will financially screw you.
