I've had great experiences with the mental health side of things, and my medical team is fantastic. DO NOT go here for dental. Not only do they only have ONE dentist for all three clinics, the front desk is awful. I had an appointment cancelled in January of 2020 because of the pandemic and I have been unable to get in since then. My husband has had even worse experiences. Someone who answered the phone was not only INCREDIBLY rude to him, they told him that he's not an established patient because he hasn't been seen in four years, despite the fact that he's called in every. Monday to be told there are no appointments and no record of him calling. I would never recommend Hill country dental to ANYONE.

Awful communication whether it's in person, on phone or email. Unbelievably long wait times for scheduled appointments that will be cancelled with absolutely no notice. Once your seen, they are quick to push you out the door. You can tell all of the staff is over worked and could care less.I've been an established patient for years and I will looking to change to somewhere else.

**edit, I am followed in their counseling and medical. Counseling is better and medical side is awful.

This place has been a lifeline for me.
I have not experienced anything close to the negative reviews in the past year.
I've never had scheduling problems, or admin problems, or professional/medical problems.

Me thinks people that get upset easily are review-bombing this place.

The staff are rad, and they do amazing work for us every f'ing day.
Zero problems, ever.
Good luck finding service this good anywhere.
I think that people that are miserable will likely see everything as miserable, including their own personal care.

Apartments:

No one every answers the phone, or calls you back.

I have left 3 VM's over the past 3 weeks, never received a call back.

No one ever answers the phone either, doesn't matter on the time of day, there's no one there.

I even emailed twice, with no response back.

So hard to get a hold of the medical front office/ front desk. Makes it hard to be at work or just away from the facilities and make an appointment. I’d say if you've been waiting for a long time, go in and see how busy they are. Sometimes their phones aren’t working or they’re in meetings or at lunch lol again not friendly for making appointments by phone..

Besides that, this place is great to get it all done in one place. Labs, appointments, and dental. The staff is great.

I've tried multiple services in Redding from doctors/dentists to chiropractors to counseling, Hill Country is the only place that I've not been rushed or felt I wasn't important. All the staff are extremely helpful and courteous. I'd give them 100 stars if I could.

They are definitely not the best. They never get back to you on the phone. Appointments to try to get in can be a hassle too. Basically if you trying to get anything done with this company expect to do the work yourself.

A very nice and clean clinic, but my doctor Allison is lacking common sense! I have been on the same medication for anxiety and panic attacks, 3 a day for 25 yrs, they have saved my life...she doesn't understand the severity of my condition, so she has opted to bring me down to 1/2 half a pill a day! In what world does this make sense? My anxiety will not go away nor my panic attacks because she lowers my meds to a ridiculous amt. She leaves me no choice but to buy them off the streets or live a life of complete and utter hell of neverending anguish, fear and probably suicide, I cannot live and be sane without them. If you think she will help you, she will not, not with medication you may so desparately need. The pain I've had in my right side for 2 yrs is why I went to her in the first place, that has been put on the back burner so that she can complete her mission to destroy a 62 yr old woman by taking away the only medication that helps me. And don't dare ask for pain medication when you come in crying from the pain you may have, off the table.
