We are new to the area and were looking for a dentist in our network. Cedar Bluff came up and we felt good about them so we booked an appointment, which was easy (we did it over text!). They were communicative and sent us a link to fill out our new patient paperwork that connected straight to our chart/records (vs printing out the forms and handwriting everything). Our dental hygienists were both great and explained every step of the new patient appointment process. We've already scheduled our next 6 month appointment. Very happy with Cedar Bluff!

This practice is phenomenal! I was having an issue with my tooth and contacted them over Labor Day weekend and heard back immediately. I’m a brand new patient and they got me in on Tuesday. I couldn’t believe it!!

I saw my previous dentist back in May 2024 for my 6 month cleaning/checkup who informed me during the visit that I had an old filling that needed to be replaced (it was cracked) but that it wasn’t urgent and could wait until after my aligner treatment was finished. I trusted him and the delaying of the treatment resulted in me having to get a crown due to that same tooth breaking. The worst part was when I let them know what had happened they scheduled me two weeks out. I contacted that dentist directly to attempt to get in sooner and was told he would send a message to the front to call me back to get me in sooner. I never got a call back. They even lied and said they offered me multiple appointments.

Needless to say I’m so happy I found Dr. Bayer. He took care of my broken tooth and his staff got me in super quick. Everyone was so friendly and professional . I’m very grateful.
