I am so sad to write a bad review. I have been going to Dr Cass for about 15 years, since I was 18. I love the office staff, the hygienist, dental assistants and the new dentist is wonderful. However, Karen in the front office is terrible. My husband and I both thought about leaving Dr Cass prior to him selling his practice because of her and now we’re pushing more that direction. My appointment that was made today, was not in the system when I arrived, then she talked to me like I was the incompetent one here even when I showed her the proof of our call. The other front office lady helped get me in. Not one apology or let me see what we can do. Tooth fixed no longer in pain, checking out was worse than checking in. I had a few extra questions and she basically said she wasn’t a dr (clearly) but I asked if I could ask someone else or if she could. Karen ignored me even when I asked are you ignoring me? I told the next gentlemen to go ahead and she looked right past me and said to come up she’s “done”. The other lady up front then helped me again and got my last question answered. Also, Karen did not run my insurance and tried to have me pay some obscure amount, I told her to bill me and she told me I would need to call her. Like I said I love this office and I’ve been coming here for years but after the interaction from today and the multiple interactions she’s had in the past with me and my husband just completely rude., I will most likely be looking for a new dentist and will not be recommending this place to others. I did not get to see the dentist because it was a Friday and she was not in that day. I also want to wish Dr Cass the best. He is a very pleasant person and has a wonderful personality and a great heart. He will be missed but I will be happy to meet the new dentist on my next visit.

I am a long-time patient of Cass Family Dentistry, back from when Dr. Cass Sr. was still practicing. Dr. Chegini was extremely pleasant, concerned for my comfort, and did an excellent job with my filling. I am looking forward to seeing her again in 6 months for my regular cleaning.

The office staff is great. They are always friendly and helpful. The office is very clean
They have several dental hygienists who are always gentle. The doctor here is awesome. He truly cares about your well-being. He is very kind. The technology they have is amazing. They make crowns in the office. They also bill your insurance if it's out of network.

Dr. Cass is a wonderful dentist who is easy to talk to. He doesn't try to sell you on dental work you don't need. His staff is also wonderful. I've been his patient for more than 12 years and will be until he retires!
