Finding Dr. Carol Follette was a godsend! Not only has she taken care of my teeth so brilliantly, but I have even taken my 88-year old mother to her. Mom Love her, despite being dentist phobic!! I can highly recommend her and her nice friendly staff.

It's been 9 years+ my teeth are healthy, thanks to their diligence, care and guidance. In the recent years I only go in for cleaning 3x/yr. Laser is legit ! ) I have had some dental work when it was necessary- in the past, gladly not anymore! ...
...truly most of the work is done at home every night ( floss and tongue scraper few times a week+ brush ).

Dr. Follette and her staff are truly caring and great at what they do. I have never felt Dr. Follette try to offer treatment that is unnecessary and she always does an excellent job. You can tell she's intent on getting her work right as a dentist and clearly loves what she does. Which is a relief because it's so hard to find skilled honest dentists.

Went in for a cleaning several months ago after seeing Dr. Follette was in network with my insurance company. The hygienist and Dr. Follette aggressively tried to upsell me on many different products and procedures that are not covered by my insurance, which felt incredibly shady. I begrudgingly agreed to one, a "laser gum treatment" but declined the others and just stuck with the cleaning. The entire time felt like dealing with used car salesmen. I went to a new dentist for a second opinion, who not only rolled her eyes at the ridiculous upselling from Dr. Follette's office, but took a look and said the cleaning they did was not thorough at all. She advised me to avoid dentists who push procedures that aren't covered by insurance. Do not waste your time or money here!
