I have pretty extreme dental anxiety, but every time I got to Capstone, I’m so well taken care of. Dr. Bennett always does really great work, and he’s always very reassuring. Krisha is amazing! She helps me stay calm—she has a way of being very attentive and intuitive with patient needs. I highly recommend Capstone Dental Care!

If I could gift this dentist office everyday, I most certainly would. August 6th, 2024 was my first time visiting this office and I am honored to say that I was so pleased with the service. Everyone was so nice and the place is so inviting! I know for sure I’ve found a new permanent dentist! I could go on and on but overall my experience was most definitely a 10/10. ?

I had a broken tooth during the Christmas holidays a few years ago. Dr. Bennett gave me a root canal and crown in the same day. A year later, the crown broke. I returned and he admitted that he had used a cheaper material to make the crown. He supposedly used a better material for the replacement crown. Now the crown has broken again, along with a portion of my tooth. I’m paying for a tooth extraction and a dental implant.

Care team is always so kind and attentive. I just recently moved from Northport to Hueytown and don’t see myself establishing care elsewhere, I’ll make the drive every 6 months. Absolutely love this clinic!

My husband and I went a few years ago. We both had to get root canals. We've since been to another dentist (along with two other second opinions) who all have informed both of us that our root canals need to be redone. There are a few other complaints about our visit, but the main one being that this office failed at their jobs. All in all, it's been a painful few years, and I do not recommend wasting your time, money, and most importantly, your quality of life.

I believe I received good care, but billing/insurance handling is very poor. Overcharged me and insisted I owed more money SEVEN months after I had paid in full. I was never able to get a straight answer as to why I supposedly owed more. I reluctantly paid, but will not be back. Very disappointed that Dr Dickson allows her practice to be run this way.
