I've been going to Canyon Ranch Dental for years, and it's seriously the best! The staff is super friendly and always takes great care of me. The office is clean and modern, and they use really cool technology. Definitely recommend it!

I enjoyed my visit to Dr. Rivera's office today. Her staff was very polite and professional. My two daughters and I came in for our first appointments. They took their time with each of us, and explained the care thoroughly. Dr. Rivera is very kind and my girls said that the staff was gentle with them as well. I'm glad I found this dental office so close to my home.

I usually do not write reviews unless things are really bad. Unfortunately I had a horrible experience today at Canyon Ranch Dental with Dr. Rivera. Dr. Rivera has horrendous customer service and does not know how to talk to people without being loud, and argumentative I just left the office and will not be coming back. Dr. Rivera was extremely unprofessional and allowed her emotions overcome her when she made the error of talking to her patients in a hostile and aggressive tone.

Dr. Rivera lacks customer service and communication skills. I let her know how displeased I was in the manner I was being talked and how her tone comes across. Instead of apologizing or correcting her tone, she became immediately defensive and hostile.

Dr. Rivera was more concerned at defending her behavior rather then apolgizing and moving on to the treatment plan. Dr. River had her arms crossed, kept interruptimg me, and rolled her eyes at anything she felt was a personal attack vs de-escalting the situation and absorbing the information that was given to her and how it makes her patients feel.. This all took place in an area where all the staff and other patients could here. No concern for HIPPA at all from Dr. Rivera while she discussed her concerns regarding my child's dental treatment while defending her rude tone and aggressive, disrespectful demeanor.

Dr. Rivera was dismissive when she walked away mid conversation and left me talking to the dental assistant. I was fortunate that there was another employee who was able to diffuse the situation and address the concerns in a professional and respectful manner.

It is very unfortunate that Dr. Rivera was not able to regulate her emotions and treated a patient in this manner. Her behavior sets the tone for the office and left me feeling very upset and uncomfortable having her do any further treatments on myself and my children.

Unfortunately, I and my children will no longer be a patients at Canyon Ranch Dental after the experience I had with Dr. Rivera who is the owner. I do not feel comfortable supporting a business owner who does not value their patients and yell at them. I had high hopes for this dental office and am very disappointed that Canyon Ranch Dental will not be our primary dentist.

I now have the pleasure of looking for another dentist office that will value their customers and will not clap their hands at them and point their finger at their patients because they are frustrated do not know how to handle constructive criticism.

Thank you Dr. Rivera for reminding me that I have a choice in where I go for dental care.

We have been patients at Canyon Ranch for 10 years. They are friendly, efficient, flexible and incredibly thoughtful and personable. My children have only known Dr. Rivera and her staff and have a great deal of comfort in the office - we are always treated like family there! One time I said my favorite candy was a particular See's chocolate and Dr. Rivera gave me 3 of them out of her own box at Christmas time! We have moved a lot and had lots of dentists. I really trust Dr. Rivera and her team - they are not trying to get your money or to do any unneccsary work. She is so professional and fast at what she does. I cannot recommend a dentist more highly!!
