Dr. Rosie is the best. Unfortunately my son didn't allow him to do the work. I felt awful because we wasted his time and anesthetic, but Dr. Rosie was understanding and didn't even charge us for the attempt.

And it has nothing to do with how he performs. He's great. He has done work on my older son no issues, but my 7 year old unfortunately is just overly dramatic and we will probably need to use some sleeping gas next time.

I cannot stress how thankful I am for this office. My 3 year needed a lot of work. He needed 4 cavities filled and a front tooth extraction from having a dead root that created a boil (he hurt his tooth when he was 1 year old after playing and falling). Long story short, first dentist wanted to put him to sleep to do all the work at once and I didn't feel comfortable with that at all. I then took him to get a second opinion with Dr. Rosy, which turned out to be the best decision. We broke up the work into 5 visits. First visit he did do the nitrous gas and got 2 cavities filled that were right next to each other. Next 2 visits we did a filling each and Dr. Rosy works so well with kids that there was no need for the gas. Last visit was the extraction and Dr. Rosy was once again able to do it with no gas. My kid was totally fine. We ended up getting a pediatric partial to replace his missing tooth since he still has a couple more years until his permanent tooth grows. You would think after all that he would be traumatized of the dentist but he still goes in with a big smile on his face. Dr. Rosy seriously does amazing work. My kid never felt any of the pain. Didn't even move or anything with the shot. He makes sure to administer it slowly!

For years, my daughter has been a patient of Doctor Rosy, and my little boy has been receiving dental care from him since he was 1 year old. Doctor Rosy demonstrates remarkable expertise in caring for children. (Also he's an orthodontist as well, big plus) Doctor Rosy and his staff make working with my son a comfortable experience, despite the challenges. His newly relocated office is impressive, offering a kid-friendly atmosphere and maintaining exceptional cleanliness. The office features amenities such as arcade games, tv's, drawing, refreshments, and a friendly staff. What more could you ask for?

The best pediatric dentist around!

My two boys have been with Dr Rosey since my oldest was 6 months old. He’s never tried to “upsell” or recommend treatments that were unnecessary, and moms and dads on a budget can appreciate that.

We have continued our boys’ dental care with him and followed him to his new office in Lake Elsinore, and it’s gorgeous. The staff are wonderful. There’s a television with kids’ movies in the waiting room, as well as some arcade games, which makes any waiting easier. Arrive early to enjoy because they run on time 🙂

Side note: Dr Rosey is also an Orthodontist, so he’s able to keep an eye on our older son’s crowding to ensure the best outcomes for when he’ll later need braces.

I love this office! I moved to town recently and needed a pediatric dentist. The staff is friendly and the dentist himself is awesome. Super down to earth and honest! The office is clean and even has coffee for us parents while we wait. Sending all my friends!

Dr. Rosenkranz has been my kids’ dentist for 8 years now. We followed him to his new location in Lake Elsinore which is clean, modern and fun for the kids. He is great with kids, even during unpleasant treatments. He will also advise on things you can do to prevent needing orthodontics in the future. I highly recommend him!

Took my kids to have their check up and cleaning. I was worried because my son is a little hyperactive but their team took their time and showed him everything he was curious about. They allowed me to sit right next to my kids even if I was in their way and answered all of my questions. They were so kind, gentle and knowledgeable with my kids.
