Poor experience… as much as I hate writing bad reviews, I think it would be a disservice not to. Had 2 cavities filled side by side. After the filling, she could not get the floss between my teeth. After about 20 minutes of shredding floss, I was sent home, and she said she would fix anything that may arise on my next appointment. To be clear-I did not have any pain in these teeth before filling. I started getting pain every time I bit down on one of the teeth. I let her know and told her I wanted the fillings replaced. Instead, at my next appointment, I was asked to come 45 min early, and at that point, she filed my tooth down more and said a new filling would not be necessary. The pain continued, so I got a little dental mirror, only to discover my tooth was chipped in between. I set another appointment and told the dentist it needed to be fixed. At the office, I felt like I was not being heard, and after looking, she said it was fine. I specified the jagged edge, and she then confirmed it was chipped… she refilled both of them… now it’s been weeks since the last appointment, and I have severe sensitivity to cold and some sensitivity to hear. I recognize the dentist went thru much schooling and worked diligently to complete school. However, I cannot recommend or suggest anyone go to see her. Please be careful. I have not ever had tooth pain in my life, and this is miserable. I am still awaiting a response on how long sensitivity to temperatures can last after a filling. I will not be returning and will pay for these fillings out of pocket to be redone by an experienced dentist.

What a great dental office, I already have a dentist but they could not get in anytime soon for teeth whitening, which is normally $500. Calsmile has a promotion for half that. I promptly made an apt with Vanessa, and she was sweet, very professional, accommodating, and suggested a teeth cleaning prior to whitening, so I set up apt for both. I drove from Pleasanton and was running a lil late due to weater and construction on 680. They were understanding and told me to ahead and come in and I might have to wait a bit. They got me right in to see Dr. Azeem who was super nice and has great bedside manner along with her staff. Dr Azeem noticed I had a chip in bottom of front left tooth (which bothered me but I did know I could do anything about it) she suggested bonding it and said it would take 5 minutes. I left with super white teeth, no chip and a very pleasant experience. THANK YOU CALSMILE!!

Vanessa the receptionist is good at what she does but there are many inconveniences from this office. Their phone number doesn't work and you cant leave a message. They do not follow up with patients with urgency.

Update for April 2023. My claim for insurance was filed by them 6 months after treatment which affected following procedures and when notified by my insurance that there is some action needed I cannot get ahold of them to resolve the issue.

Update May 2023. I moved from 1 star to 3 because once my issue was seen on google they took it very seriously and showed concerns for my situation. All around the experience with the office was not the smoothest but I am happy to see they worked through the kinks with me. It did take a long time to do so but I do believe it was a learning experience and that they'll get better.

Dr. Lubna is the most gentle dentist ever. She is super nice about making the patient feel comfortable. I highly recommend Dr. Lubna and the kind of customer service experience I got at her practice from the front desk staff, to the dental assistant and then of course the most gentle doctor I’ve ever met. Dr is nice and friendly but her dental asisstant is so horrible. I had teeth whitening with her. when my treatment was done, my teeth became sensitive and painful. The dental assistant cleaned my teeth and she pushed so hard on my teeth. I can’t handle the pain at that time. The dental assistant should improve her skill and gentle with patient’s teeth.

Not very happy with the service.
I had a prepaid visit for cleaning + x-rays. When I went, after finishing the cleaning they said they could not do the x-ray. So I had to return another day (bare in mind they are only open a few specific days and time of the week).
At the end of the second visit they said they would have sent me MY x-ray pictures by email, but they never did.
When I asked for them afterwards they say they now charge for them.
Definitely not returning here.
