I'm a new patient at this dental office. The doctor here is very professional and very knowledgeable. Super friendly and makes you feel very comfortable. His gentle touch is what has me coming back for more work. The office staff is friendly and are concerned of your well being They make sure you are comfortable. They make check up call to make sure your aware of your appointment. I would highly recommend this dental office to anyone of my friends or family. 👍

Charged $90 for tooth cleaning and the 'dr' spent exactly 7 min on me since the hygienist was not present that day, even after phone confirmation. All other care was either average or mediocre

$30 Grand Opening exam & cleaning promotion

Occupying the former lot that housed a greasy spoon burger joint, California Dentistry & Braces is a state of the art dental office in Hawaiian Gardens. Needing my twice annual exam & cleaning, I took advantage of CD & B's promo to save money and to see if I've found my new regular dentist.

Arriving inside, I was welcomed by a plush waiting room and a friendly receptionist. I quickly filled out the required forms, and after a brief wait, I was led to have x-rays taken. No bitewing x-rays here! Instead of uncomfortably gagging on those, Dr. Kim takes patient's x-rays with a digital full mouth x-ray machine. Quick, simple and loads better than bitewings.

The exam & cleaning themselves went off without a hitch. Dr. Kim explained issues I have with my teeth & gums, and the sonic scaler cleaned my teeth w/o much discomfort. Before I knew it, the receptionist was giving me a take home dental kit and jotting down my next scheduled appointment.

Service was excellent. As a new patient, I was made to feel at home, and at no time did I have any anxiety, whatsoever. Most insurance plans are accepted. However, CD & B doesn't currently accept Medical/Dentical, but hopefully plans to by Summer 2019.

Parking is via a private lot. California Dentistry & Braces is located across the street from Food 4 Less.

Looks like I found my new regular dentist! Dr. Kim and California Dentistry & Braces checks off all that I want from a dentist. Their promotion is a very good deal to utilize and I was quite happy with how my appointment went. Needless to say, I'm a definite fan.

Dr. Kim does not talk much. He works with quick concentration. I am on my 3rd implant tooth with him. That has worked out so well that I find the long travel from San Diego acceptable.

I am not a patient I wouldn't want to be a patient here if they let the gardner use his blower to put all the trash an debrie on the sidewalk in the street and the grass next door if this is what the gardener does I don't want a dentist that don't care about what his employees do
