Dr. Martinez and her staff are an excellent team that is very professional and efficient. First, receptionist Jaclyn was extremely helpful in expediting my case. Second, I really feel Dr. Martinez cared for my well-being and was really helping me solve my sleeping problem with active listening and and trouble-shooting. She and Rosie were always positive and pleasant to talk with. I paid for the device out of my own pocket and it was money well spent because Dr. Martinez provides quality follow-up. I also feel very safe there because the office still require everybody to wear masks. I highly recommend her office! Also I love the Christmas festive decor.

Getting my dental device for sleep apnea has changed my life. I was struggling on finding a dentist/doctor to get a dental device because CPAP machines were not working for me. Many offices have trouble understanding how to work with insurance because it is a dental solution for a medical problem. After trying to get a device for 6 months, I found this office and Joclyne- the super hero insurance coordinator.

I trusted her from our first conversation because she took a lot of time to explain to me the process and answered way more questions than any other office I had tried with. Its like, some people have a job and some people DO their job. I won't lie, it was hard because my insurance wanted the device made before approving payment, but my out of pocket cost came out way below what I expected or was quoted elsewhere. All because Joclyne knows how to run this side of the business. Truthfully can't thank her enough.

Honestly all of the staff are amazing kind and energetic with Dr. Martinez being a gem- also answering all of my questions. (I have tons of questions always). Patient and caring, do not hesitate if you need this care. It changed my life being able to sleep through the night and wake up refreshed and healthy. Between their amazing tech, care and compassion, knowledge, and communication- seriously don't bother going somewhere else. I made so many phone calls and was looking for so long. They got it all in before the end of the year under my current insurance- a turn around of only 1.5 months. Amazing!

Dr Martinez saved my wife from my snoring.

It was a journey... took me a while to get a sleep study and get prescribed oral appliance, but my dentist doesn't take any insurance, so I ended up talking with Dr Martinez.

She was approachable, we had detailed and open discussions about my situation, and she clearly understands it well. The staff too are friendly and professional. It kept things straightforward and comfortable for me.

The process of getting the appliance made was fairly quick and painless. Insurance was also smooth. Insurance ended up covering more than original estimate, and I promptly got a refund. Once we got the product, Dr Martinez carefully made fine adjustments so it fits perfectly. We had regular follow up to check on my nightly recordings, make further adjustments, and gradually advance the appliance forward to more suitable positions until my situation appears stable.

The product (ProSomnus) they carry is excellent, at least for me. I couldn't take the night guard my dentist made for me, yet I was able to adjust to the oral appliance the day I got it. I can close my mouth fully, and can still speak and drink water. After a while I would forget it exists at all. It is also very effective for my symptom. My wife couldn't sleep before, and after she no longer complains. My recordings are also hardly picking up any snoring. The one time I forgot to put the appliances on, the recording was horrible. Big contrast.

I am glad I ended up getting help from Dr Martinez who realized exactly what I had hoped. It absolutely made my life better.
