Please be aware before coming here. The staff is unkind if things do not go as they should. My elderly mother came here and her care became my nightmare. The dentist overcharged her for procedures that he later decided was not qualified to do. They sent her to another one of their offices where they tried to swindle her of thousands of dollars after already paying the first dentist here thousands of dollars both through her insurance and out of pocket. She was bullied into taking a loan out because they needed to get paid NOW. I got involved several months later and had to dig through all the mess. I had to file a complaint through the dental board and only then were we able to get a refund only for the work that was not performed that they charged for. My mother has had nothing but problems with the denture and even with their life time warranty they are refusing to honor it. They are a dishonest group. I would never recommend this place to you or your elderly parents. Shame on the office manager, hope your mom doesn’t have to go through what my mom has been put through.

This place is trash! They tricked my mom into taking a loan for thousands of dollars for work her insurance confirmed they paid for. She is distraught and feels so taken advantage of. How sad this is what they do. How are the employees ok with knowing they are scamming people. People that could be their parent’s, grandparents. Please don’t let this place scam you too. By the looks of the reviews this is not a one time thing.

A bunch of scammers!!! I am livid writing this post after what my mother just told me about this place and what they did to her. They charged her thousands of dollars (over 10k) for a procedure that they said her insurance didn’t cover, but come to find out they did and also billed her insurance for it, so they were paid twice for it. This place messed with the wrong family and this will not be taken lightly. Action has to be taken against them and they should not be in business anymore. After reading other reviews it looks like this is something they are known for and have done to other people. Please don’t go here unless you are willing to get scammed. My mom is an elderly retired lady and with a lot of sacrifices paid that money to this place! The ladys that she dealt with are Carolina and Norys, hispanics going against their own, very sad!!

I had a bad experience here at this dentist. The financial part of it. The lady is so pushing and I was telling Herr that I came back that I like the service here but she said how come I did not go to the other place that was cheaper. I just did not like how she came with the financial for braces my insurance cover for more bit she wanted me to pay for more and pay for my cleaning . It was just bad. Just careful guys

I arrived for my appointment today 10/27/23 at 1:20 for a 1:30 appointment. At 1:40 the receptionist said they were late coming back from lunch. At 1:55 they still had not called me. I decided my time was being wasted so I went back to work. Why would they book appointments for 1:30 if they aren’t going to be there? Why didn’t they call me prior and say to come at 2 instead? Poor staff management!!
