Went there to have three teeth pulled told the gentleman doing the procedure i was nervous he said he was also we both had a good laugh he proceeded to pull my teeth I asked him which tooth he pulled he said all three could not believe how smooth it went A+ every one was professional also Nancy will work with you if you don't have insurance

Came in on a Groupon but decided to ask if they would accept the same deal so that they would not get dinged and the gal agreed which I wanted to just help them out a bit. I get there and everything was fine until the doctor was done then the front desk gal who checked me in and charged me double because she said the cleaning was going to be a deeper cleaning. I have had dozens of cleanings over the years and this cleaning was 5-7 minutes and just the sonic cleaning and no scraping which I've always had and does not constitute a deep cleaning, which I have had several also which would take an hour or so.
Totally felt ripped off, car lot treatment and was actually looking for a dentist to call my home since I just made the final move here from WA.
Also, when the gal did the polishing, that too was super quick and she barely did anything.
I would never go back nor would I refer them any business!

I got a few teeth pulled at cactus dental and it went so smoothly! Absolutely amazing dental office. From the Front Desk, the Dr’s and even the assistant! So glad I decided to give them a try, I will be a long time patient.

Cactus Dental Care is amazing! My husband wanted to get a second opinion on some extensive dental work that he was told he needed. I called and spoke to Nancy, who is the sweetest, most helpful person ever! She informed me that they do not charge for second opinions, and I had the x-rays emailed over to her and we set up an appointment. My husband loves this dental office, and said Dr. Bob is amazing, very down to earth, takes the time to explain what the issues are and the best form of treatment. No upselling, nor claiming unnecessary procedures. He made my husband feel comfortable. Needless to say, we will both be new patients at Cactus Dental Care! Thank you Nancy and Dr. Bob for superior service!

Staff is great! Nancy is amazing! Fun to talk to and just made me feel comfortable being there. I saw Dr. Eskimo’s and he was also great. Explained everything perfectly and answered my questions to the T. Highly recommend! My husband also goes there and will soon be taking my kiddos as well.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Bob’s going on four years now. He and his staff have gone above and beyond to accommodate my dental needs. I feel comfortable in his office and am continuously given straight forward information about needed dental work without being upsold on procedures that are not necessary. Nancy has done an incredible job of working with my insurance companies, scheduling and following up with all my families dental needs. If you’re looking for a new dentist, look no further.
This practice is a diamond in the rough!

I have been going to Cactus Dental for years, but I have never been more satisfied than when Dr. Hawkins started practicing there. The man is amazing. Even my wife who "hates dentists" likes Dr. Hawkins. He has a great demeanor and explains things at our level. He doesn't "dumb it down" but he doesn't talk over your head either. As for the staff, DAYU
M, Nancy is awesome, she works hard to make sure our insurance is correct and doesn't get us messed up with them. Too often you get told one thing and find the insurance doesn't cover it and you are stuck with a big bill, Nancy makes sure of everything before she sets up the treatment plan. If you are looking for a GREAT DENTIST AND STAFF, Cactus Dental gets my #1 recommendation

I absolutely love this place! It is a total family practice. We have 7 kids from 6 to 23 and they are so friendly and encouraging. They work with your schedule and we can always get in if we have a tooth emergency. They use the latest technology which is so great. I'm so pleased with them that I just had to leave a review .
