I was referred to Dr Landis for molar extraction by my primary dentist. The check-in process was no problem as they had mailed me the paperwork so it was filled out ahead of time. The office staff was friendly and courteous. They take Care Credit for payment which is helpful to me. My only beef was that I had to wait 1 hour to be seen. The dental assistant explained that she couldn’t find my x-rays and that contributed to most of the wait time. Dr. Landis is a cheerful and personable man and I expect my tooth extractions to go well.

Upset because I'm allergic to drugs and I told his staff several times which antibiotic would work a month or two later I'm still trying to get the right one
As a business manager I asked to speak to him alone so I could explain to him the listening skills were not working and communication by email or on the phone
Wanted to tell him I had to , sinus infection for trying to clean around my teeth.
Felt he was blowing me off so I never got to tell him
Need to talk to him about how this infection started after s tooth was pulled and my gum stitched closed..
No one has bothered to do an x-ray to see if there's still a piece of tooth in there.

Why did I get an infection it wasn't a socket ?
why did all my teeth rot at the roots after that tooth was pulled.?
I don't think you should have to explain what antibiotic you can take when you have allergies several times and nobody listens .
Called in the same antibiotic four times , spelled it emailed it and explain the difference in the antibiotic they were giving me.
Wanted to Enquirer before I was under anesthesia ,about my jaw that nobody's ever x-rayed and I was in a severe head to roof accident 24 years ago.
Get severe headaches had a concussion.
Due to the fact that I can get medical help nobody ever adressed it.
I wonder if they're not talking to me as much on Medi-Cal Medicare

I got all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed 6/20/24, I’m on day 8 of my recovery. Little advice, get the strong pain meds. I came here to say how sweet Dr.Landis and his team are. I have severe anxiety, and he really helped talk me through it in a way that’s not so scary. Everyone is so kind and professional. Surgery was quick.
