My family and I have been going to Butterfly Dental for several years. The facility is clean and well-organized. Dr. Chen and her staff are amazing. They’re friendly, patient, and understand how to work with kids.

My eldest and middle son love seeing the dentist. The team makes them feel comfortable and safe. The cleanings are thorough and painless.

I just replaced a crown, which looks better than my original tooth. The crown is a work of art. Dr. Andre and Dr. Chen are masters of their profession.

Butterfly Dental Care is part of health care system where they provide misleading information on phone and in person, and pratices price gouging based on what insurance will pay.

During my call and subsequent visit they withold information until the end about "out of network" and said "we'll waive your copay" suggesting price gouging with health insurance networks.

This is the best dentist I been to. I’ve had bad experiences in the past with western dental. Butterfly dental care is so different. They always answer the phone and everyone is super kind. I’ve never had to wait longer than 15minutes to get serviced. I’ve gotten a teeth cleaning and braces removal done here, and I never felt any pain or discomfort. The patient chairs in each room have massage feature! While I was getting a cleaning I was also getting a back massage. The dentist and assistants are great at communicating and they understand what they’re doing. I don’t have insurance so I had to pay out of pocket, I paid $199 for a cleaning, $300 for braces removal, and $499 for 2 arches of retainers. They offered me a payment plan for my retainers because I wasn’t money ready that day. Thank you so much butterfly dental, you made me feel comfortable and safe at the dentist .

I visited Butterfly Dental Care for a dental cleaning. I was surprised at first as I was told that the price will be $100 higher than it was initially shared, however after showing the agreed price on the message, I was charged the initial price.
The cleaning process took around 20 minutes and considering that I have braces on both jaws, this is surprisingly fast.
Sadly, I cannot recommend this dental care due to poor services.

I went in for a CT Scan, for my lower left wisdom tooth. No appointment needed, process took less than 10 min.

Dr Chen told me that she could remove my lower left impacted wisdom tooth because it is not on the mandibular nerve, but close to the nerve.

Tina Scheduled me for 2nd appointment.
Dr Chen removed my wisdom tooth and everything went smoothly!
Dr. Chen did an awesome job! No problems, No issues! 👍👍

I was very satisfied and very pleased with the outcome of my visit. I had done several consultations, but nobody would listen and try to help me with what would be more affordable and convenient for me the dentist I saw I apologize I forgot her name she was amazing. She listened. She understood and explained everything to me I am excited and looking forward to getting my dental work done. I wish I would’ve come to their office sooner.

Stay away from this place. Dr Chen did multiple crowns for me and none of them lasted for more then 2 years. They don’t revert back to you when things go wrong. Some kind of malpractice going on at this clinic

This is the best dental care I ever have. Dr. Chen and dentists are kind, and patient to me throughout whole treatments. Even when I have severe pain during holidays, they still bring me in, truly life saver. I would like to recommend butterfly dental care to anyone especially who scared to visit dentist like me.
