After going to a big brand denture place in Meridian and them getting my partial wrong 3 times, I came here. I didnt know what to expect but I'm I glad I did! I'm also glad the other place got it wrong. Friendly staff and exceptional work. Thank y'all so much! Professional and fast!! Well done ladies!!! No more British smile.

They are awful !!!! No bedside meaner , no putting the patient first , only in it for money …. And could care less about adults with Any handicap or special needs.
She was so rude wouldn’t even allow us to ask any questions nor even make a statement…. She had the worse attitude ever …. She definitely is one of those in the medical field that is in it for the wrong reasons and it’s not in it for the patients nor for good service to the patient……my down syndrome, adult daughter was so upset, scared and hurt ….. it was unreal ….
The appointment started off all wrong from the very jump…. She was not there to give us any type of good service and she was rushing us my daughter in and out fast the whole time , the little bit she was doing….
And she went to a medical school to get her degree, but I guess she skipped the courses of how to treat a human being …. And to actually help the patient not make them leave their and worse shape or devastated….

***it’s not worth letting a person in the “medical field”, treat people any kind of way just because they have a doctrine behind their name!!!!!
* and could also feel she judges a book by the cover and looks down on people and in this big world she a no-body too just like us all ….. in Butler she may think she’s someone but take her to other city’s and she would be treated the way she treated my daughter and us …..

SHAME ON HER I PRAY SHE IS ASHAME BUT I DOUBT IT !!!!!!

* also I don’t know about all the days of the week but on these days that we went, she does not have adequate staffing to even be in operation…..JUST SAD!!!!

The receptionist Courtney is awesome. Dr Utsey is not friendly at all . I need 4 teeth pulled. She wouldn't pull one so she sent me to Dr fort. Another $175 . My partial didn't arrive in the two weeks time frame an was put off till next day. She hurts giving shots . Was bleeding from them. Then didn't get gums numb to pull 3 teeth an wants to send me to Dr fort again. An another 175 a tooth. I've already paid $625 for just the partial an was gonna have to pay her $210 for 3 she was supposed to pull. She wouldn't even get me a Kleenex for my running nose. She is not a caring person . She wasn't nice at all. I have never cried before getting shots . I did get a full refund .I do not recommend her to anyone , she'll just send u to Dr Fort.
