This dental practice is a dream! Everyone is so pleasant from start to finish. Dr. Acton is wonderful and truly cares about your dental health. Jamie is the DA I usually see and I absolutely LOVE HER! She always makes me feel at peace during my procedures. Highly recommended.

I’m always terrified of the dentist but finally after avoiding it for a few years I decided to go back regularly again to a new place and Buck Creek dental made my first visit stress free and everyone was so friendly and patient with me (I have terrible anxiety). My teeth are all clean again and I’m definitely only going here again. Thanks to everyone at Buck Creek dental - y’all are amazing!!!
They also send plenty of reminders before the appointment which is helpful for busy people like me.

I had broken a tooth and called their office 10 minutes before closing time. They were able to schedule me for an appointment the next day. I was not a regular patient of theirs. The atmosphere was very calming and the personnel very professional. I was pleased and plan to make them my dentist. I would recommend them to anyone

Would not recommend this dental office. I went in for a bridge, and before scheduling the procedure they verified my insurance and what they would cover and what I would have to cover out of pocket which I was fine with. Here we are about a year later after my procedure and Buck Creek Dental keeps sending me a bill for a little over $1,000. When I contacted my insurance carrier they told me they have never received a claim from Buck Creek Dental, so the insurance agent put me on hold to call the dental office to see what was going on. The insurance agent spoke with a Kristy or Kristen at Buck Creek Dental after which the agent gets back on the line with me to tell me that Buck Creek Dental did not have their correct mailing address. The insurance agent provided them with correct address so they could resend the claim now all of this happened last year!! Now fast forward to this past Monday 12/16/2024 and I received a call from Kristy or Kristen who stated she was calling regarding my bill and told me that my insurance carrier would not pay for it because it’s been going on for over a year and it’s lapsed. Kristy or Kristen then proceeded to ask me if I wanted to set up a payment plan and I told her no. She got quiet for a second and then stated okay I will just put on here that I spoke with and I told her that was fine. As soon as I got off the phone with her I called my insurers carrier and spoke with an agent told him everything that Kristy or Kristen had just told me. The insurance agent proceeded to tell me that Buck Creek has 24 months to file a claim from the time of service!!! So I was starting to get upset because I felt like what Kristy or Kristen had just told me before was a lie and she probably was trying to cover up a mistake on her end. So the agent also tells me that they still have not received my claim which at this point is ridiculous! So the agent put me on hold and contact the dental office and what do you know he can’t get in contact with anyone from the office!!! How convenient! So he leaves a detail message asking for a call back but nothing between me and my insurance company for the past 2-3 days we have been reaching out to the dentist office but no one will answer the phone! It’s so frustrating seeing as how I would have never had to go through this if the dentist office wouldn’t have dropped the ball in the beginning on their part! Now I have been going in circles trying to get them to fix their mistake! Very unprofessional, horrible communication, I do not recommend them.

I had a scheduled cleaning yesterday and everything/everyone was fantastic here! From Kiersten at the front desk to the staff performing the services. Had the pleasure of seeing Kami (hygienist) and Dr. Acton. Both were friendly and quick with their services. I felt comfortable the whole time I was there. The staff is short and to the point, but truly care about giving you your best smile and experience!

I recently had a cleaning at this office, and it was hands-down the best experience I’ve ever had at any medical or dental facility. From the moment I walked in, the hospitality was incredible—from the front desk staff to the hygienist and even the main dentist. Everyone was so kind and attentive to my needs throughout the entire appointment.

Unfortunately, I have a terrible memory, but I believe my hygienist’s name was Mariah (or something similar). She was the sweetest person I’ve ever met, even bringing me a blanket when I got cold during my appointment and let me watch cartoons to sooth my anxiety. I will definitely be recommending this office in the future!
