The staff is very friendly and professional. The office is well organized and clean. As I entered the office, everyone said hello. Within three minutes I was taking to the back to do scans. They also asked me did I wanted something to drink ( coke products or water) and a blanket. I had a root canal done and Dr. Thomas did an amazing job. This was my first visited and first root canal. Of course, I was nervous but they assure me everything was going to be fine. Surprisingly, no pain and a smooth process. Plus, I received a call the next day from the office, checking on me. Thanks again. They went well over my expectations.

I highly recommend Brookwood Endodontics. Going to the dentist is among my least favorite things to do. This team ensures you’ll have everything you need to feel more comfortable from start to finish. I felt fully confident in Dr Kaple’s hands. I can’t say enough good things about them. And the VIEW!! They were nice throughout the entire process. I was offered a complimentary beverage, headphones, and blanket. Dr. Thomas was phenomenal. He was personable and professional. They explained things before and after the procedure. Someone from the office followed up with me the next day. I would definitely recommend this office for your endodontic services.

It was Wednesday afternoon of Thanksgiving week. I was worked in on emergency status. I booked with Dr. Thomas and his fabulous assistant. This team has done several root canals for me in the past. I knew I was in very good hands. As usual, I was offered a warm blanket and made sure I was as comfortable as possible during the procedure. The main thing is, it was a holiday week. They didn’t have to work me in but they went the extra mile for me since I’m a teacher and it’s so hard to get off work. It just proves that they not only provide an excellent, professional service but a kind and friendly atmosphere.

Best experience ever! Doctor Thomas was exceptional. Explained every move! His assistant was just as efficient. Actually a better experience than a normal teeth cleaning! Highly recommend!

Literally one of the best dental experiences I have EVER had!! I avoided the dentist because I don't numb easy and the pain was awful, but THIS OFFICE GOT IT RIGHT!! Dr. Thompson and Taylor were amazing! Taylor was so reassuring and Dr. Thompson was so laid back!! Front office staff was so kind and the office was clean and refreshing!! The location is clean and inviting. The personnel are friendly and courteous. The doctors and staff are professional, attentive, polite, informative and compassionate. I highly recommend them to anyone needing prompt, reliable and helpful dental services beyond the abilities of their regular dentist. Everyone at Brookwood Endodontics was welcoming, efficient and caring. Dental issues are never pleasant but the servers & care provided here are sure to please.

Dr Thomas is wonderful! He is kind and patient and always takes the best care of me! The staff is very professional and always attentive to my needs! Root canals are not my favorite thing but they make the experience much more pleasant! I would not see anyone else for this procedure! 5 stars!!
