This is the most pleasant dentist I’ve ever been to. Dr. Deng has been my dentist for two years and I always leave happy because (a) he does a really good job and (b) he makes being there a positive experience. Today I came in for a cleaning and also needed x-rays and a filling, normally I would think that’s two visits worth of things, but they were able to squeeze it all in by doing the numbing before the cleaning, which saved me the extra trip. The team frequently checked in to make sure I was doing ok and they always give you sunglasses so the lights don’t hurt your eyes. The front desk team is super efficient too. Anyways, for anyone looking for a dentist out there, these are the guys!

Best dentists that I have found in Glendale in my insurance network. I go every 6 months for my checkup and cleaning all fully covered. Have never been charged a cent. Checkup and cleaning done by Dr. Dang who uses the drill to get the tartar off instead of scraping with metal hooks. Electronic X-rays and modern equipment. I have never been pressured for extra services or upsells (the primary reason I have left other dentists).

I worked for 23yrs @ Chase Bank here in Los Angeles retired in 2015 never ever came across providing such an Award Winning Patient Service,Provided by Broadway Dental, Both the dentist (Dr.Jimmy Dang) and the office staff were incredible. It's tough to find professionals with kindness and compassion. This place is definitely an exception in that case. Extremely grateful for their services and happy that I chose them. I highly recomend to you all to see Dr.Jimmy Dang his compassion & Kindness is above & beyond 5 STAR, I truly believe Dentist like Jimmy Dang makes America so great in the world, Regards ! Minan.

I am extremely disappointed in Broadway Dental's customer service. I have intense dental anxiety, when I'm in the chair, they are incredibly kind, gentle, and patient. For that, I absolutely give them 5 stars. BUT...

I had a cap done that was refused by my insurance due to being 'medically unnecessary'. The dental practice did a terrible job communicating with me and I had to follow up with them multiple times. They never sent documents that would support my claim that it was medically necessary. They kept saying that insurance denies procedures all the time...but I have never had that happen to me personally. When I questioned the procedure the woman in charge of billing got incredibly defensive and angry with me.

The dentist showed me why they did the procedure but was dismissive when I was trying to explain what I experienced with the front desk crew he said he would speak to them but without hearing my side of what happened.

Just now, when I canceled my appointment because I've decided I no longer wanted to work with this company, I was told "Ok I'll take care of that for you" and hung up on, no good bye, no questions as to why I was leaving, nothing.

I work in customer support myself and I always try to be incredibly kind but my experience here has been not great. From the dentist himself telling me to do work that is unnecessary to the front desk staff being unhelpful in fighting the insurance company for me.

I wasn't going to pursue a complaint against them but now I will because I think they have severely mishandled the situation.

Ultimately, if you have good teeth and just need a cleaning and have anxiety, I would recommend this place. But if you need any work done I would absolutely seek a second opinion before going here.

The best dentist experience I ever had. Dr. Dang was great! He even does the cleanings himself and it was the most meticulous cleaning I have ever gotten. I actually enjoyed my time there. Walking into the office felt more like walking into a spa and the place was so clean and organized. I needed a filling and they did it right there and then, not having to make a second appointment was so convenient. I highly recommend them, I’m so glad I found this place.

My daughter called me SOBBING after a cleaning here. She let the dentist know her gums had been really sore for the last two weeks and he ripped her mouth apart. She cried in his chair, bled SO much, and the whole time he just chatted with the hygienist about some TV shows. She spoke up and was ignored. Disgusting. ZERO stars.

I loved this place. My dentist is amazing, very gentle and I would really look forward to my appointments. I had confirmed an appointment and realized I have ANOTHER appointment same day and time. I called first thing in the morning to RESCHEDULE not cancel my appointment and they want to hit me with a $25 cancellation, really?
I work at a dermatology office YES I understand office policy - BUT we always would make a ONE time exception. I considered staying with this office even after moving to Palmdale too bad I did
