I love the environment and energy each time we go. The front receptionist are pleasant and everyone that sees us once we are in the back. We enjoy it much more with the new Doctor. Her bedside manner is 100% better than the male doctor that was there before her.

My initial appointment was good. Decided to go else where after getting a second opinion and wanted my down payment refunded. Talk about a run around. No one wants to call back, was told they were issuing my refund, & that I needed to come in to sign papers that I got it. I haven't received a refund yet.

Update: After nearly a month, I finally received my refund. It took posting this review to learn about their refund policy, and even then, I had to call to check if it had been processed and ready to be picked up. The staff is friendly, don’t get me wrong, but the poor communication is the reason for my low rating.

Today was our first visit and it was a great experience! We didn’t expect our son to come out with braces today but he did. ? We did expect some tears but all he went out with was his smile because of how he was treated. Thank you so much May, and everyone else! Wonderful place and experience!! Definitely recommend!!

Beautiful place! Got in quick. Nice orthodontist. No actual answers of financial info but the "lady was off" so I'm supposed to be getting a call but otherwise we had a nice first visit!

I came into Brite orthodontics for an initial evaluation of Invisalign treatment and I was very impressed with the professionalism of the staff and office. May and Dr Newman provided excellent explanations of the whole process and were very tentative to all questions I had. Not only that, but they thoroughly broke down the cost and coverage by insurance which was very reassuring. Safe to say I am very pleased with my first visit!
