Por varios años lleve a mis hijos a este lugar ,hace 1mes fue la peor visita al dentista ,la atención fue tan mala que días después llamé para hacerlo saber a la manager de este lugar y resulta que después de estar unos minutos esperando en la línea me dijeron que no estaba disponible en ese momento.

Yesterday, I had the pleasure of visiting Bristol Family Dental, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience. Roxana, was incredibly helpful and provided me with a wealth of information regarding my dental health. Her friendly demeanor made the visit even more enjoyable. I left feeling very satisfied with both the service and the results of my appointment. Overall, it was a positive experience that exceeded my expectations!

I went in for my semi annual teeth examination and the doctors and staff could not have been better. My experience was great to say the least… The great experience started from the moment I stepped in the door, I was greeted by two very nice lady’s and then was brought back to get checked out and everybody to helped me was fantastic. Dr. Vu was great, simply a ray of sunshine!!! 10/10 will definitely be back.

Came here after finally having dental insurance in over a year hoping to get some minor issues taken care of. The dental assistants were all very informative and helpful, but the dentist was very rude. She was giving me unsolicited financial advice when I told her my reasoning as to not seeing a dentist in such a long time. "well if you didn't have insurance you should be saving a dollar or 2 every day to save up to come see us" it was very belittling. She was very rough even when I told her I was in pain. She told me "you have 2 cavities you need to make an appointment" and left. I had to have the dental assistant come explain everything to me. I won't be returning.Noone should be made to feel bad when visiting the dentist.
