Everyone is very friendly and helpful! I appreciate the level of care I’ve gotten. I get attended very quickly. I usually am nervous about going to the dentist but their consistent help and communication eases that. Thank you! 🙂

I took my 86 year old mother because she broke a tooth and was in alot of pain. The staff was soo kind and kept her and myself informed of what was going on. Although the were unable to remove the tooth due to needing clearance for my mother's primary dr because of her health history , they did do what they could to see she went home with no more pain by removing a small piece that was causing it. I haven't been to a dentist in years due to so many bad experiences I'm preparing to make myself an appointment to have my own dental work completed there. Very impressed with the Tulare office staff.

I am a 73 year old woman and I am also a Registered Nurse. I must say, in all my years of nursing I have never raised my voice or scolded a patient. Why not? Because it is completely unprofessional. Unfortunately, yesterday I was on the receiving end of completely unprofessional treatment. When the dentist started giving me my numbing injections, I jerked my head and cried out in pain because I was experiencing excruciating pain. I have been to many dentists and I have received an inordinate amount of injections; but the pain I experienced yesterday was extraordinary. I am a human and I have the right to react to pain. It was an involuntarily painful reaction. I should not have been scolded for my personal reaction to pain. When a patient expresses a pain response, should not the clinician explore other options to reduce patient discomfort?
