Saque una cita para una consulta cuando llegue no preguntaron nada me dijeron que llenará una hoja y luego pasaron a sacarme rayos x donde la muchacha no me explico lo que estaba haciendo y me lastimo, pensé que solo sería en el momento que me dolió pero hasta el día de hoy siento dolor Fue amable pero parecía no saber lo que estaba haciendo.
Luego le hablaron al dentista y apenas fue cuando yo dije la razón de mi visita el no hablaba español pero pudimos ahorrarnos todo si desde el principio hubieran preguntado, yo quería comenzar de nuevo mi tratamiento de ortodoncia y luego ellos dijeron que no hacían eso que solo podían darme retenedores cuando mis dientes aún no están del todo bien y tengo un diente de leche a lo que el doctor solo dijo que no comiera manzanas. Eh tenido experiencias en otras clínicas y no me pareció muy profesional saque cita para la limpieza y por que tengo una carie pero creo que tendré que cancelar ya que no me convenció

I had a wonderful experience at Dr. Louka's dental office! The staff was polite and the dentist was thorough. The office was very clean and I felt very comfortable here. I was a new patient who needed extensive work done right when the covid-19 quarantine was implemented. I am eager to return to Dr. Louka's to finish my dental work. I recommend this dentist to all of my family and friends; anyone who needs to see a dentist!

I have spent my entire life searching for a dental clinic that is decent. I have finally found it here at the Brenda Evans clinic. The staff is super nice and friendly, the service is nice, and they attend you quickly.

If i could i would give this place a zero. This place is so unprofessional and all they want is your money. If your insurance covers they will make something up to try to charge you more. I will never recommend this place to anyone. The front desk is so rude and need more training they dont know what they are talking about and where is the manager letting these people run the show letting them make up there own fees. She worthless too i dont know how these people work here.

Worst dentist ever. I saw her as a child until I was 13. I had 4 crowns on my back molars by that time because that was always her answer. As an adult, I had the scare of my life from her dental work. At age 30, my lower jaw began to swell in what seemed like the bone area. I was terrified because I thought I had cancer. The specialist found that she had left a metal piece that had broken off in the canal and it became infected 20 yrs later. They had to try to get it out and fix it! Cost me $$$$

Edited on 3/13/18- Dr. Louka or her office has replied to my google review stating that they have no record of me as a patient on file. I was a patient since I was at least 7 years old and long before I was married. I refuse to give out my maiden name on here, but trust that my review is factual. I definitely do not want to go back to your horror house for more malpractice. You caused me to be traumatized and have anxiety when visiting dentists until a year and a half ago. It was then that I was blessed to discover the office of Dr. Karin Hatami.

I highly recommend Dr. Hatami in Redlands. She genuinely cares about her patients and uses top of the line technology in her office. She is innovating, kind and goes above and beyond to meet her needs. She also gives back to the community!
