Great place !! My first impression when we walked in during our first appointment was how clean it was( that’s a big deal for me ! ) lots of natural light and the staff was absolutely fantastic. Starting at the first desk with staff members like Gisela who is kind and easy to talk too. Dr. Cruz is thorough and friendly. Esteban who is the Doctors assistant is always a favorite, easy to talk too, professional, kind and explains everything with great detail. I love how all staff cleans after each patient and is so welcoming. We love that we made the right choice in getting our daughter her braces here !

Braces by Garcia is great at getting you started as a new patient, but after that, it’s a struggle. They don’t respond to emails, and scheduling an appointment requires multiple calls just to reach someone.

Recently, they stopped supporting their patient portal without notifying anyone. Now, there’s no way to check appointments or get reminders. On top of that, automatic payment notifications stopped, and I only found out about an issue when I received a text saying my payment didn’t go through. They switched systems and made me fill out a form to reauthorize payments—again, with no warning.

The lack of communication and disorganized systems make everything harder than it should be. It’s disappointing and not what you’d expect when paying for orthodontic care.

The most horrible customer service I have ever experienced!! I have spoken to two different staff at the office that are no help at all and the first one that I spoke with messed up my payment due date, so I called back and the second time I got another lady that stated she was a supervisor but she did nothing to help me and she only called to let me know that she had pulled the call and there was nothing she could do!! I requested to speak to a manager but she said there was no one available and that it would be three days before they would call me. They were both very rude and made it seem like I was bothering them the entire time I talked to them. Stay away from this place!!!!

the billing rep lied to us and the administrator or whoever handles the paperwork is not doing what they promised would only take a few weeks . it has now been MONTHS and they still have not cleared up an insurance issue when the insurance company has confirmed they have done their part. 2 members of my family have gotten braces and third needs them . the third persons ins docs have cleared and ready to start but the two who started have not had insurance issue cleared up . they are telling stories and passing the blame . be careful when selecting this company
