I havent been to a better dentist in a while. Everyone was friendly. The staff, the nurses. I have very bad dental anxiety and the nurses made me feel very comfortable and helped me every step of the way for my very first tooth extraction. They gave me my exact cost before doing anything so youre not blindsided by costs. It was so quick it was over before I knew it. I havent had any pain since and it has been such a relief. I will be back for all my dental needs here.

Been going here for a little less than a year, and won’t be back. The receptionists are rude, billing is rude, my doctor ended up leaving (and she was just fine),and no one here could communicate themselves out of a wet paper bag if their lives depended on it. They don’t call over medical results, and if they do and you miss them, tough, because they ain’t answering the phone or calling you back if you can even track whoever down. God forbid you qualify for the sliding scale or self pay because then you’re dirt. Doesn’t get much better when you have legitimate health insurance either. They had some guy try to deliver a medical device to my house too. Wrong address and not one single person called texted emailed about any of it, told me about any of it, until the dude was in my driveway. I didn’t even know they were sending it. And good luck getting your doctor to refill your script without having to call three times across three days to remind them to do what they said they were going to do a week ago at your last appointment.

The administration, the staff, and practitioners all need to learn a lesson in humility and actually try to communicate to their patients about medication availability, how to get your medication, and what hoops you have to jump through in order for actual patient care to happen. Countless time we have been stood-up at the medication counter for my wifes refills. Leaving my wife without her much needed prescriptions. My wife constantly has to go behind the pharmacy and call her doctors in order for us to not waste a trip to town. She has appointments where nothing happens. This facility doesn't care for their patients they are just another business collecting checks. They get paid well enough to go on vacations and drive the latest cars etc but cannot actually do their job.

One of the few places I've ever been to who genuinely try to listen and find solutions to my ailments and work with me and my income levels as they can. If it wasn't for their sliding income scale, I would have no access to any doctor. The folks I've had the pleasure of coming across were kind.

Horrible experience. Ad an appointment fornmy mediction. Went to the pharmacy and it wasnt filled. The office called us and told us we needed a appointment for the medication. Always a Hassel to get my medication. Went to the unneeded pointless appointment where they did nothing in order to get my medication. Then the pharmacy told us the same thing and wouldn't fill it. Ridiculous, unprofessional, and a drain on the economy. If you want professional service go elsewhere.

NEVER GO TO THIS DENTIST! They don't even deserve 1 star. The nurses are nice I will give them that, but the male dentist (he never even said his name) VIOLENTLY pulled an infected tooth WITHOUT giving me antibiotics before the tooth was pulled. I was unaware there was an active infection, and am paying the price for it 4 days after the procedure. They lied to me saying i could come for help if I experienced a complication today. They refused to give me anything for the infection forcing me to go to the ER for antibiotics. You would be better off treating your own teeth at home.

I have used this clinic since 2012 and used Lauren Faulkner ANP as my primary care physician. She is very knowledgeable and caring. Her staff of nurses and technicians are great too. The lab is always prompt about calling me with my results and getting medication refills is never an issue.

I have recently used the clinic to be seen by the gynecologist, as well as dentist. The front office has always been kind and organized and very helpful. My children, now grown and my husband are patients, as well.
Great place for your whole family.

We moved to Jersalem over a year ago. Dr. Meyer was recommended to me. I have never been treated so good. He spent a long time questioning me about my medical history and was very patient and listened. I have my husband going to the clinic also. Dr. Meyer's staff goes above and beyond what any other Doctor's office has done. I am 72 years old so I have seen my share of doctors/clinics and this place is exceptional.
