My family and I have used Bonnie Belles for years for all celebrations. Birthdays, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, and they even did my wedding cake (Nutter Fort location). Never had I experienced the White Oaks location, but on Saturday 6/14, I decided to give them a try and get some Fathers Day goodies. Everything I got was amazing (as always). But whoever the 2 ladies were working that day need trained on customer service and had poor attitudes. Not even a greeting to myself or the customers who walked in after me, just a “what do you want?” I understand working on a nice weekend isn’t always ideal, however customer service and a smile goes a long way. As someone who works in management, I would like to know feedback like this if it were my team.

Their bakery products are excellent, except for the pepperoni rolls, but their customer service really needs improvement. They are not very friendly and make you feel like it's an inconvenience that you even came into their store.

I ordered a cake for my little girls 3rd birthday and it turned out amazing! The white cake with raspberry icing is soo good. I would recommend them to anyone. 😍

Do not skip this bakery!!! It is my all-time favorite. They use a light almond cake and sweet buttercream frosting 🤌 Sooo many different flavors of cupcakes that are beautifully displayed in cases. It smells amazing when you walk in. No other bakery in our area compares.

I think the pastries and cupcakes we got were good. My only real complaint is that everything tasted like almonds strongly. Even stuff that shouldn't have almond flavor to it. I don't dislike almond so it wasn't a big issue but I think if I didn't like almonds it would be a big let down.

This bakery has the best pepperoni rolls in WV—absolutely unmatched! My daughter loved the cupcakes, and the service was excellent. The bakery itself was spotless, which was another plus. I’ll definitely be stopping by again the next time I’m in Bridgeport!

Am I the only person that doesn’t like their cakes/cupcakes? Overly sweet to the point where you can’t eat it. Hard icing that’s pure sugar. Cake that isn’t moist or decadent. Overpriced and don’t even decorate that well. Rather get a cake from Kroger. You’re better off driving 40 mins and ordering a cake from Terra Cafe in Morgantown for special occasions. At least their cake is moist and they make the cake look amazing. A cake from there is worth the money.

Jimmy was the person that helped us and he was super cool and down to earth. They have some amazing flavors! We are a big fan of the Strawberry and the Salted Caramel. They are delicious! We got a variety of them. Thank you for having such a nice little quaint pastry shop.
