Wonderful experience with these people! When doing the quote, they were incredibly transparent about the prices of things, and helped me figure out what I could do myself in order to reduce the price. Then once they started the project, the workers were incredibly friendly! Were very helpful in working through the weird kinks of the building being so old. Even had a few hiccups that increased their operating cost a smidge, and they didn't pass that charge through to me. 10/10, would recommend. Very friendly and helpful, and I'm quite happy with the results!

Excellent ROOFING JOB that only took 2 days of work to complete! Excellent pricing for the Job and stuck to their quoted price! Very responsive to questions and issues. Will do business with again!

Got the job done, and did a good job, but they didn't communicate when it was going to get done very well. I got my gutters replaced, and it's a good thing I was patient, it too about 8 weeks between estimate and completion, and I didn't hear from them till they showed up to work on it

How does a estimate turn into a job when I never gave the o.k. to even do the job. They ridiculed me and argued with me when I called to find out what was happening and why they were at my house doing work with no signed or verbal agreement. Yet they still send me a bill. I would not recommend them to anyone

Ken gave me a price quote. Accepted and ordered. Never heard from anyone since. Contacted the office and they stated they would get back to me. Nothing. Do not rely on them

Bi state company was hired to do my gutters. Found out that they did nothing to my gutters. Now trying to get the gutters installed Will not call me back. Thinking of small claims court. BEWARE
