Horrible experience. First of all, she said that I have an active infection, but didn't prescribe anything for it. Secondly, I verified that my insurance covers porcelain crows. First she said that my insurance didn't cover crowns. When I told her that I checked and it did, she changed it to, they might, but not porcelain crowns. I verified with two people that they do. Then I desperately need a root canal, I've been sensitive to cold for two months now. She wanted to put a crown on it, and said if it still hurt they could do the root canal through it. Oh, and she said that there were no specialists doing root canals under my insurance. Again, I spoke with them, they gave me a long list of specialists doing it.

Dentist Jasna Galeb has the worst bedside manner out of any human I’ve ever met. Every trip to the dentist is a trauma with her, but as a medical patient, I was desperate. Well today I finally walked out. I was brave enough to finally tell her to that her bedside manner is humiliating and to please calm down. This earned me a lecture about how Kaiser is so busy so I should be grateful there aren’t more people around to hear her embarrass me about my finances- she would’ve kept talking if I hadn’t walked out, she was just concerned she didn’t want me to steal the bib 🥴 accountability, accountability, accountability. I had a grandma who’s never been wrong, but a DENTIST who relishes confrontation?! So the red flags began right away- EVERY visit whichever hygienist is working with her, will have to physically touch her arm to STOP and get her to listen to me, because her toxic trait is having someone beg her to be gentle with the needle, her (annoyed) saying YES YES then ignoring you ☹️ I’ve had to have whoever was standing by her by my advocate each time, one time an employee literally had to walk over and say “she begged you to wait a minute!” to which Dr jasna galeb just gets annoyed. She’ll never change, I see that now, so even in desperate need of a root canal, I walked. Run, don’t walk, if she ever approaches you. It’s one thing to have the award for worst bedside manner out of any human I’ve ever encountered (I work in nonprofit and have traveled/worked long-term in 4 different countries where I needed doctors, 2 of the “third world” and anyone is nicer than this. She’s never been wrong and sees requests as threats. Stay away. I’ll never forget her until the day I die. I wish she felt remorse and shame.

The Dentist Dr Galeb is so rude. I'm never going back. I'm not sure why she thinks it's ok to treat paying customers so awful. She needs to get a different career maybe that isn't with people who are vulnerable.

Best teeth cleaning I’ve ever had. She really takes the time to get all the tarter off, remove any stains she can, and polish the teeth well. Wish I want moving so I could keep getting cleanings here.

Be aware that when they give you a price quote for filling it is PER FILLING so for whatever procedure you’re getting done ask for it itemized run down before any decisions.

I am very happy with Dr. Tang. I needed some cosmetic dental work but I also needed a dentist who accepted medical and after my first appointment I knew I was in good hands. The work on my teeth looks great. Fair price. Most of all, I appreciate that at Big smiles Dr Tang and staff treat clients like family.
