Wonderful staff and fantastic selection! I recently bought a grill from them, and when I wasn't completely satisfied with my original purchase, the manager went above and beyond to ensure I was 100% happy! I've been a customer for over 10 years and will continue to visit both locations. It's the exceptional customer service that truly sets these stores apart from the rest!

I looked forward to shopping here and I liked the products and the store, but cashier was rude. Next time I'll drive the extra 10 miles to go to Ace Hardware.

We were near this store and the signage saying hardware and gifts intrigued me....glad we did. You can buy a garden hose, an egg barbecue pit, pelletized smokers, gas grills, chocolates, coffee beans from all over, sauces for grilling, cookware, yard decorations, and all kinds of....hardware. We walked with an assortment of whole beans, we'll be back for more goodies.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this store. As an African American customer, I felt judged and unwelcome, as the workers stared at us in a way that felt accusatory. To make matters worse, the security guard, who is also African American, followed my mother and me around the store so closely that it made us uncomfortable. This behavior was unacceptable and unprofessional. I will not be returning to this store in the future.

Several months back we needed a specific size of screw to repair a rolling office chair. We went to Bering‘s, and, wouldn’t you know it, we forgot to bring a sample with us so that we could purchase the correct size. My son sent a photo of the screw with caliper measurements, and one of the Bering’s employees was able to find the exact match. That is unbeatable, customer service! We love shopping here.

I came to Berings knowing that they would have a nice selection of gifts for a wedding anniversary present.
I guess being a male with darker skin means I should be ignored. After none of the staff assisted me for several minutes I finally went to the counter to ask for help pricing a charcuterie board. She told me the price then walked away.
Another set of lady staff stood talking with each other and I finally interrupted with my purchase decision, a deep silver bowl. I asked three times for a gift box which they seemed not to understand.
It’s been rare that I’ve been made to feel like my business is not worthy of their time. It’s ok Berings, I’ll not trouble you by shopping there any more.
