I would give this office 0 stars if I could. Dr benstock has an overly large ego. He claimed he could put veneers on my girlfriend’s front 4 teeth and close her gaps and that it would look great and an easy procedure.

It was absolutely everything but that.

After putting them on for the first time, there was a sizable hole at the gum line that benstock acted like was just totally normal and as an observer and generally someone who doesn’t care about my teeth but it didn’t look like professional work. They offered to send the teeth back to the lab to resize them. They put temporaries back on which had already fallen off once, it seemed they were never secure even with my girlfriend being very careful of her eating habits.

Time went by and eventually it was time to put the newly sized veneers on. They looked as though they hadn’t been properly resized as from a side view they looked curved and from the front they still weren’t properly fitted on the two front teeth. These concerns were expressed, as they should.

After some time benstock hid like a coward and had his staff inform my girlfriend that he was incapable of performing a very simple front top two teeth veneer placement bc he didn’t have a enough self dignity to tell his client he couldn’t perform something that is expected of a DDS license dentist.

They basically told her to kick rocks and find a new dentist and that they couldn’t perform what she wanted, which was a simple sizing and application of veneers. Embarrassing and very unprofessional. My mother has veneers from a different dentist in a different state and they look great and fit very well and they continued to work with her until they provided the results she wanted and it’s sad that benstock lacked the sympathy and motivation to perform a simple duty expected of him.
