The front office specialists are always so kind and patient with me and my many questions; and the hygienists are nonjudgmental and true professionals. I have always been picky with my dental care from a very young age due to having so many teeth issues growing up. Moving here it took me a couple years to find a good fit for me. The first time I stepped into Bell Dental I knew this was the place for me. They have met and exceeded our expectations from scheduling, to customer care, follow up, and scheduling. They take such good care oft two boys and they love coming to visit every 6 months! This is what you would expect from a local dental office and you can’t beat the customer service they provide. They will have our business for as long as we are here in the area. Thank you all for being the best dental team in NWA… (I may be biased)

I’ve been here 3 times (all for one issue), and there were a few things that made it less than 5 stars.

First of all, the cost of my service was 4x the cost of what it was for my husband 1 year ago at a different dentist. For a 10 minute service (they were gluing my permanent retainer back on), it was exorbitant. Considering that they had to fix it 2 more times because they did it incorrectly the first time, it felt like a lot to pay.

Secondly, my interactions with the receptionist were truly unpleasant. So much so that I would never go to the practice again.

I recognize that Bell has lots of 5 star reviews, but I just wanted to give an example of a less satisfactory experience for anyone interested. Hopefully you have a better experience than I did.

I've been going there for almost 2 decades. It's always been great. Dr. Sauser is the best. Brooke usually does my cleanings, etc. She's top notch +. I've had others taking care of me for various dental procedures here and there as well. They, too, were exceptional. The front office is terrific.

Elizabeth at the reception desk was exceptionally friendly and a pleasure to talk with. My hygienist, Cindy, was thorough and added to a very nice experience.
