100% Recommend Beauty Care Choices. This was my first purchase with this company. I won't go into major long details, but there was a slight issue with my product (that was not Beauty Care Choices fault; it had to do with the product that was provided by the vendor/creator of the product). I reached out to Beauty Care Choices by phone, and immediately was able to speak with a representative (without a long wait or automated responses, which I know can be unavoidable for some companies, but it was so nice to not have that experience with Beauty Care Choices). Karina immediately took my call, and she could not have been nicer, more helpful, and more understanding - she was truly wonderful and resolved my issues without any trouble. I am honestly so impressed with Karina's kind customer service, and the companies "customer care" policies. This experience won me over as a customer, and even though this particular product did not work out for me - they have gained a new loyal customer right here. I highly recommend Beauty Care Choices - wonderful company and staff.

I am not normally the one in our household that does reviews. My husband does them on anything and everything from products we purchase to our vacations- where we eat, stay and do activities. I live on the East Coast and Beauty Care Choices ships out of California (West coast!). I placed my order on 13 February and it arrived on the 18th! Very impressive for regular shipping. The product I purchased seems to be the same quality as the one I received from my trichologist’s office, speaking to assurance of quality products obtained by them. Thank you Beauty Care Choices. Your attention to quality and customer satisfaction is noticed and appreciated.

I live in Georgia and ordered Pravana Shampoo and Conditioner from them as Ulta no longer sells it and Amazon was sold out. I was a little nervous ordering from them but the exact produced arrived, I packaged absolutely perfect with no issues. Would order again! Oh and fair prices too.

I happen to come across Beauty Care Choices online when my usual store that carries Paul Mitchell products was out of stock frequently. BCC has an amazing selection of products. They ship out quickly, and everything I've ordered was packaged well. They are my new go to, very happy!

I use purology shampoo and conditioner and it's very expensive. But it's great for my hair! BCC has the best price. I've ordered from them several times.

I ordered 4 cans of KMS Texture spray and after using the first 2, when I went to use the 3rd bottle, the sprayer is not working and nothing comes out! Tried the 4th one, same thing! So half the products I ordered and paid for are useless!! By the time I got around to these last 2 cans, customer service informed me it’s too late for replacements. They said I should have tried all 4 products when I got them. Who does that!!!! Will not buy from them again!
