I am always impressed with the service here at this dental office. the hygienist Emile is very friendly and great at cleaning my teeth, Dr Kim is very knowledgeable and informative with his explanations for treatment. The dentals assistants here are also very nice and helpful, Julie and Ana helped take my x-rays. Very easy making my appointments here with the receptionist. Would recommend family and friends to come here.

The doctors, nurses and managers of this clinic were all very nice. I don't know why the boss changed now?
A few months ago, my husband and son went to get their teeth filled! They told us that we had to pay more than 290 yuan in addition to insurance! Ok, we paid it, but they kept sending us letters saying that we needed to pay more than 170 yuan. What? Didn't they say we only had to pay more than 290 yuan? Later, they called my insurance company to confirm that we didn't need to pay. Such random charges are very infuriating!

I've been going to this place for a few years now and I just got my bi-annual teeth cleaning done.

Overall: I always had a great experience with them, from the front desk to the care they take to make sure my teeth are healthy.

The Hygenist and Dr. Kim lets me know every step of the way, what kind of treatment I should do, what are some ways to keep my teeth healthy.

Clinic: The Clinic is really clean, everything looks relatively new.

Wait time: I usually don't have any wait, almost every time I go and wait for them to call me, I didnt even sit down.

Appointments: Not sure if theres any walk-in availablity but I usually call ahead and schedule it.

I did not have a dental examination in about 10 years and was looking for one due to persistent gum pain. By the recommendation of family, I made an appointment with Beautiful Dentistry and am grateful that I did.

The receptionists were kind, made the intake process stressless, and answered any questions that I had. I was complete in about 15 minutes.

Once ready, the radiographers brought me in and took some X-ray scans. They were able to catch the source of my gum pain, a small lesion in my palate, which I had not been able to identify myself for many years.

Dr. Kim is absolutely amazing to speak to and learn from. He thoroughly explained the condition of my teeth and gum until I had no questions. As someone with not the best oral hygiene, I did not feel judged or embarrassed in any part of our interaction.

Emille was meticulous when deep cleaning my teeth. With how intrusive the procedure can feel, it's easy to understand why people are afraid to go to a dental clinic. Emille made the whole experience comfortable with little to no pain, while ensuring my teeth felt flawless.

I found Beautiful Dentistry when searching for a dentist online. I’ve been coming here now for 3 years and have had a great experience! The staff is very welcoming as soon as you come through the door. Dr. Kim is the best! He listens to all your concerns you have and starts explaining with details what the procedure will be. The best part for me is, what ever the procedure is, I have had minimal pain to NO pain at all. This is why I keep coming back. I would highly recommend this Dentistry!
