My daughter was terrified to go to the dentist and I knew just from the first phone call to schedule this was the place for us! Dr. Mason and staff made her feel so comfortable and welcomed. The waiting area is designed for the kids and there is so much for them to do. It doesn’t have a “doctors office” feel, it literally feels like a home. There are even refreshments for parents. Dr. Mason always talks through what they’re doing and what to expect so that the children always feel comfortable. She is very kind and patient. My daughter went from being scared to go, to asking me if we can go almost every week! We love Beantree and will recommend them to anyone!

This dentist had been my daughter’s dentist since she began going to the dentist. We loved the office and thought we had built a great relationship. Dr. Mason found what “could be the beginning of a cavity” and suggested a treatment. Meaning she wasn’t even sure if it was a cavity forming. I had to cancel the treatment because we travelled out of the country and because we weren’t rescheduled within 3 months, because you know life is happening, I was told my daughter could not return until the treatment had been done somewhere else according to their policy for insurance purposes. It was very disappointing and this idea of my child having her same dentist thought her pediatric timeline was diminished. I talk to another dentist who thought the practice was inconsiderate. Needless to say we have moved on to another great pediatric dentist, but just beware, if you don’t get a recommended treatment within their timeline parameters your child will be booted from the practice. Maybe it would make sense if she actually had a cavity, at least she could have had the follow up to see if in fact a cavity had formed and then made that decision. It was ridiculous to me to say the least. Why build a relations and trust with a family if you will boot them that easily. And also, no warning of being booted was in the correspondence to reschedule and if it’s in the fine print, it wasn’t highlighted in any first visit or consultation. Poor practice in my opinion.

We’ve been coming to Dr. Mason since my kids got their first baby teeth, and I could not be happier with the service we have always gotten. She really takes the time to know each child and is amazing at managing their fears. My kids are always excited to go to the dentist and it is always a completely stress free experience for me too! Highly recommend!!

I've been taking my two kids to Bean Tree for the last 7 years. Each experience had been great (so much so that my kids never want to leave!) One of my children is autistic and generally struggles with any sort of medical appointment but Dr. Mason & staff explain everything and are super patient with her. The office is also super clean with lots of fun things for the kiddos to see and do before, during, and after their appointments. I wouldn't take my kids anywhere else (so much so that we travel from Gainesville).

Picking a pediatric dentist for my children was extremely important to me, because of my childhood experiences with the dentist. It ranked just as important as picking a pediatrician.

Dr. Mason and staff are unbelievably kind and patient. The vibe of the office is playful and relaxed. The office is welcoming, bright and very clean.

The office runs timely, I never feel rushed and my questions are always answered. Dr. Mason make sure that we the parents understand the next phases but also speaks to the children so they know what to expect.

My children look forward to the dentist. They don’t think it’s fair they can only go twice a year. If it was up to them we would be there weekly.

The only downside for me is the location, it’s a little out of the way but a small sacrifice for me to find a dentist and staff as amazing as Bean Tree!

I absolutely love BeanTree and the staff. My daughter was scared to go, until Dr. Mason Made her feel comfortable and now she begs me to take her everyday :). She loves picking a treat from the treasure box, and did awesome with her X-rays. The office is super clean and so kid friendly. There are so many things to keep their fear levels down and they make it enjoyable for the kids. I can’t say thank you enough to BeanTree for making a very important part of life (which can also be scary) so easy for the kids!

Amazing office and staff! Dr Mason was super personable and professional. She treated our little one as if she was her own and did everything to make her comfortable. After having not so favorable visits to other pediatric dentistry practices thankfully we found Bean Tree! We drive well over an hour to visit them but it well worth it with the peace of mind and quality of care that we have received every time we visit them! So much so our little one now looks forward to trips to Jax!!!
