I have had horrible experiences with dentist to the point I get anxious just the thought of walking in... I am extremely happy to say my experience was great. I had my EarPods in and I was able to get a cleaning without any issues.
The staff and Dr. Kandov we're great. They explained every step to me and this also helped ease my mind. I have already set up my future appointments. I definitely recommend Dr. Landover!

This dental office has no professionalism! The staff need to be trained. They have no respect toward patients whatsoever.

To just make an appointment, the receptionist would give you such awful attitude. If the receptionist can't even do the job of making appointments with patients, what they actually capable to do in the world?
This receptionist who claimed herself as the office manager, not mentioning she was so rude, she can't even speak/write like an adult. If you get a text message with so many "", you would not believe it actually came from a doctor's office. Seriously I thought I was talking to a 3 year old kid.

This receptionist doesn't understand her behavior actually represents the professional image of the doctor's office. Her uneducated and unprofessional behavior would only shame the doctor's office. No one would ever take the risk to see this doctor by seeing such a ridiculous attitude in the front desk.
I feel so sorry for them...

Everyone at Bayside Family Dental is truly wonderful. They have always made me feel welcome and happy, which I think is generally hard for a dentist's office to do. I genuinely feel so cared for every step of the way.

I recently had a dental emergency where my front tooth broke in half, and I was in a complete panic, especially with an important meeting scheduled for the next day. My usual dentist is located far away in Melville, NY, so I needed someone reliable close by. I found Dr. Lev Kandov at Bayside Family Dental, and I’m beyond grateful I did.

Dr. Kandov’s office scheduled me for an afternoon appointment, but after hearing the extent of the damage, he rescheduled me for 6:00 pm to make sure he had enough time to give my tooth the attention it needed. The entire staff was wonderful—warm, friendly, and incredibly helpful. Dr. Kandov has fantastic bedside manners and took the time to explain everything he was going to do, which really helped put my anxiety at ease. He assured me that my tooth would look perfect, and he absolutely delivered. It was flawless!

If you're looking for a skilled, compassionate, and attentive dentist, I highly recommend Dr. Kandov and his team. They went above and beyond to help me in a stressful situation. Thank you Dr. Kandov and staff for the excellent service!
