It is always a pleasant experience at Bay Dental Group. I got my teeth cleaning throughout today by a hygienist, and she also provided education regarding flossing, brushing, and using waterpik to minimize plague buildups. Next, the primary dentist also went over my treatment plan. Staffs are very friendly and professional. The office keeps their hygiene up to par which is very important to me. Lastly, I always get my procedure done on time or early because I don’t like to waste my time. Forgot to mention, Bay dental group has all high tech dental equipments such as 3D CT machine to detect all underlying issues that can’t be detected by normal X-ray. Love this office and staffs so much. This is the only dental office that I would go and recommend to my friends and patients.

Really glad I found this dentist! In the past I’ve seen dentist that did not do great work on my teeth (repeated cavities on same teeth due to improper cleaning/filling) and I personally just really dislike needles, etc. in my mouth and get bad anxiety going to the dentist. But my experience here was, thankfully, really good! I hadn’t seen a dentist in a couple years so I was worried I would have a lot of issues and pain - but the cleaning process, although sensitive, was actually quite bearable. He was also very nice and reassuring. They use one of those newer cleaning tools (idk the name) - instead of the old school method of scraping each tooth with that metal hook tool - and I liked that much better. My one cavity was even filled easily and quickly same day (it was at the surface so no novocaine needed either)!

I was the first person in the morning, staff was already there and ready for me on my first appointment. Dr. Kim was informative and very thorough. Dental assistant was also awesome. Highly recommend.

My twins are both scared of visiting the dentist, and they often have unexpected dental emergencies. However, ever since I found this place, we are no longer afraid of any dental issues.

First, the staff is incredibly kind and provides quick responses : They can accommodate appointments on the same day or the next day!

Second, the prices are reasonable and they consider the perspective of the consumer.
I have been shocked by absurd dental treatment costs in the past, but they have restored my trust in dentistry.

And most importantly, their expertise! They provide fast and flawless treatments! Both my twins and I are 100% satisfied!

Dr. Chang was amazing with my autistic, young adult son. He gently explained all the processes and patient as my son figured out how to trust him. By the end, we were all relaxed and the whole experience was great. Just a few weeks earlier there would have been meltdowns and we never would have been able to get dental work accomplished, but with Dr. Chant’s understanding of the disability, and sensitivity to an autistic adult, I can not express how grateful I am to this dental office, and Dr. Chang specifically. This location is walking distance from me so it's super convenient! I had no clue that I had to know the name of my insurance coverage so I had to call, thank goodness it didn't take long to get that information. Doctor was super nice and friendly but I do wish he did the polishing instead of passing me off to one of his assistants. It would have been nice to be taken care of and build that rapport with the dentist during the whole visit. Overall, it was good and I would return.

After not visiting a dentist for a very long time, my experience here was amazing and what I should’ve gotten from others in the past! It was a quick and smooth process. The team was very attentive and considerate of any pain/sensitive areas.
