I had high hopes for this clinic, especially since it’s supposed to cater to babies and children. But sadly, it doesn’t seem like they truly understand the needs of little ones. Babies thrive on their routines—meal times and naps are crucial—and when they’re hungry or tired, they can understandably become uncooperative.

This morning, we had no choice but to leave the clinic before our visit was completed. Our appointment was scheduled for 9 a.m., and we arrived on time. After waiting for 20 minutes, I informed the front desk that we would need to leave by 9:30 for my baby's feeding. They told me they had spent that time investigating an issue with a billing claim from a previous visit. I was stunned—how could our scheduled appointment time be delayed by something completely unrelated to our visit today?

At 9:25, they finally called us back. There weren’t any other patients ahead of us, so I can’t help but wonder why it took so long. This was supposed to be a quick follow-up x-ray, but my baby was understandably upset and fussy from being hungry. Despite this, they insisted on attempting the x-ray. When it became clear that my baby couldn’t sit still, they tried to proceed without using an x-ray apron. At that point, I realized this could be unsafe for my baby’s health.

We immediately left the clinic. I was deeply disappointed by how unprepared they were to handle even a simple follow-up visit for a baby.

Everything about this office is wonderful! Appts are managed very well so there are not a ton of patients being serviced or waiting in the waiting room at once. It creates a very calm experience and I feel like our PHI and care is kept discreet and confidential. There was a movie playing in the lobby while we waited, and we were taken back right at our appointment time. We had the pleasure of being helped by Joy and Dr. Amanda today. They were both so incredibly kind and professional. My child was offered a toy and a sticker to take home on our way out and we scheduled our next cleaning right then and there. Love this office and the staff so much!

We have been coming to BAKD for at least a decade. Our kiddo has aged out and we couldn't be more bummed. We love Dr. Mullen and have had such good care. Dentists are scary for little ones. She made our kid feel comfortable and built solid trust over the years.

Total scammers! Called ahead and made sure regular checkup would be fully covered by insurance, was told it would be 100% covered so I took my two children in. Few months later they charged my insurance and got paid and sent me a bill for $550 even though I verified in advance that would be no charge. Total scam stay away!!

This office is amazing with my son. My 3 year old had his teeth cleaned by Jennifer and she was very patient and professional. She made my son feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place for your kids.
