I’ve been seeing Dr. Nguyen for the past few years now. The staff is very friendly and professional. Dr. Nguyen is a proactive dentist who encourages fixing things before they get worse. I have been coming to Bascom Valley Dental for close to a year now. Dr. Nguyen is the best dentist I have seen in the Bay Area, she is skilled and very gentle. When I went to her, I had some pretty bad dental experiences that had left issues I just was living with instead of seeing a dentist about them.
She took the time to understand all of that and made a plan with me on how to rectify and fix everything.
We have been following that plan ever since and all my dental issues are a history I don’t remember anymore!
Her entire staff is amazing and very friendly. Getting appointments is very easy, they are very respectful of your time - the appointments always start on time, there are no delays or wait times before or during the procedures.
All in all, this is a great place and I’m grateful for them!

My favorite dentist 🙂 I got my braces here, all my cleanings, my whole family goes here now. They're very professional, on-time, efficient, and very friendly, even gave me a blanket when I was getting cavities filled in case it would be too cold when drilling, they always check for my comfort while working on me. The whole team makes me feel comfortable whenever I go in. Anytime there's a procedure Dr. Nguyen explains it to me fully. Appointments are always really smooth, on cleaning days I'm reliably in and out within 30 min, it's simple to schedule on the way out the door and reschedule if needed over text. They make going to the dentist totally pain free. 100% recommend I love them.

If I could rate 6 stars out of 5 I would!! Absolutely incredible staff and Dr. Nguyen is genuinely one of the best out there. She makes going to the dentist such a great experience that I refuse to switch over even after moving up to San Francisco (I gladly make the hour drive down every-time). Been coming here for years and tell everyone I know to make the switch to her practice! I was having tooth problems until Dr. Nguyen recommended a third cleaning (every 4 months) a year and I haven’t had a problem since! The extra one payment a year has kept my teeth healthy and clean and ultimately saves me money in the end by constantly keeping my teeth and gums healthy and clean. Incredible! Incredible! Incredible! 11/10

I have been seeing Dr. Nguyen since 2020 and can say this is my favorite dentist office I've ever been a patient at! I switched dentists because I found that my previous dentist was frequently recommending additional dental work that I wasn't sure was necessary, and overall I also felt the environment to be unwelcoming. I had a crown done with that dentist that was causing pain/sensitivity. I decided to visit Dr. Nguyen's office and was immediately struck by how friendly and professional her and her staff were. She was able to redo the crown and I have had no pain or sensitivity since then! In the time I have been seeing her, I really trust her recommendations and can see that she cares about the long term maintenance of my teeth without trying to recommend unnecessary work. She is very thorough in reviewing any issues with you and will walk you through x-rays carefully so that you understand what is happening. I really appreciate all of the little things that this office does to make you feel comfortable as well. I also love that I have been seeing the same staff in my time there, at my previous dentist the staff turnover was constant which felt like a red flag. Here, you can tell the staff enjoy working for Dr. Nguyen! I am happy I have finally found a dentist I can trust and my husband is a patient here as well. We both highly recommend this dental office!

My wife and I have been seeing Dr. Nguyen since April. We moved over from another dental office that had changed ownership and no longer met our needs. We immediately noticed the difference. This is a small office with only a small number of staff but this gives the office a very family atmosphere. The staff are friendly and helpful and Dr. Nguyen is excellent. I had several cavities that needed to be attended to when I first started seeing Dr. Nguyen. She spent a lot of time going through the x-rays with me, showing me where her concerns were and helping me come up with a plan for addressing them. Her work (both cleaning and the cavity work) is excellent. She is very careful to ensure you are comfortable and she works to minimize any pain or discomfort you may be feeling as much as possible. My wife and I have been very happy with Dr. Nguyen and her team. Scheduling is very easy and the staff sends a reminder a few days in advance via text. When I first started with the office, I was in the middle of changing insurance and they were very helpful in working out the best plan to work around the transition.. It is a bit hard to find at first (along a busy part of Bascom) but there is good, safe parking at the back of the building. I highly recommend Bascom Valley Dental!

Dr Dong has been my dentist for over 10 years and she really focuses on establishing a relationship with her clients. My whole family comes to her for our treatments and she never fails to make us feel appreciated and important. She has an amazing personality along with her team and gives us a very peaceful and nice dentist expirience. I 10/10 recommend this dentist clinic.

Dr. Dong is hands down the BEST dentist EVER and the only one I trust! I’ve had my fair share of dental procedure traumas and it was hard to trust anyone so my dental health deteriorated. After my first session with Dr. Dong, my life has completely changed and she will always be my dentist for as long as she lets me (haha!) She and her team of amazing dental assistants always make sure that I am comfortable and relaxed and her recommendations and advice are by far the most sincere.
