From the very first message and online consultation with Dr. Lopez Soto, I felt that I was in good hands. The communication was smooth, supportive and professional from the start. A special thanks to administrator Amina, who made me feel welcome and well cared for from the very beginning. They even offered me the help of a translator, Maria, who was just as lovely and helpful- it made everything much easier and more comfortable.

I came to the clinic with a rather complex and unclear health issue, and I was truly impressed by how seriously Dr. Lopez Soto approached my case. He took the time to thoroughly investigate all possible causes and ensured that everything was checked with great care and professionalism.

I’m very grateful for the experience and would definitely recommend Barnaclinic to anyone seeking high-quality medical care with a personal touch.

After a failed surgery in the UK, I sought out advice from my private orthodontist in the UK. He said he only sends his patients to Barcelona in collaboration with his colleague and quite brilliant surgeon (maxiofacial), Dr Ramon Sieira.
The fact that the surgery happens abroad can be quite daunting, but let me assure you that the team at Barnaclinic and the Doctor couldn't have been and more helpful.
The surgery went great and the nurses of the care team are world class. Lost count of how many people were looking after me, but at every encounter they were a delight to deal with.

I went to Barnaclinca+ in Barcelona as a health tourist. I needed gac gender affirmation surgery, I was having some difficulty with my progress.
In our part of UK, we had (as of August 2024) 4577 patients waiting for their 1st interview with the Laurels, our local gac clinic with a wait of 8 years before the first interview.
I read and researched barnaclinica+ and the surgeon Dr Raigosa. Saw his cv. Saw other reports.
As a private patient I had to pay. The clinic is a not for profit and every penny made goes back into the clinic. They're economical.
I booked 2 weeks quite far away in Baricentro and a cheap return flight.
I speak good Spanish but you won't need to. All the staff speak some English and a lot are very fluent.
I had a lovely room. En suite. It was business like, surgery on the 1st day, Hospital for 6 more days. All the staff are angels. Pain relief didn't need to be more than paracetamol apart from the general.
All of a sudden I am post op, Wow!!
The only thing I would change, I would hire a room nearer.
These people know what they are doing, they obviously do a lot of gac surgery.
Couldn't be happier!! 5* AAA!!

This is message for management. I tried to call your clinic several times. First time i got hanged up after i said "hello". Second time after i asked few questions about equipment (which i need to check my throat), i got hanged up again. Third time i called, operator said "buenos tarder", i said hello and got hanged up again. After third attempt i couldnt call your clinic anymore. I guess they blocked my number. I have pappipomas in my throat and i wanted to do a surgery with you. But they just hang up the calls after they hear that i dont speak spanish or after questions where they need to spend a little bit of their time to ellaborate details. And eventually they just blocked me. After trying to contact then via whatsApp they also blocked me. I can provide you my phone number and exact time of the calls, so you could find out which employees exactly was responsible for that. If you are interested to investigate that you can leave your email as response to that message, i will send you all information there attaching this review. Best regards.

They are there for your money, not you. I checked to see who would be the most suitable Pneumologist - there was a good match of experience so I called to make an appointment and was told we had to see a different doctor first. We saw him and he did not give a diagnosis, he just said we need to see the first doctor whom I knew we should have seen. So to prevent wasting more time and money, I had two simple questions I asked by email and they repeatedly refused to answer them, just reminded me that I need to pay 300 euros to see the doctor. These sharks are businessmen first and doctors last. We are now seeing a doctor in Valencia instead who actually cares about the health of his patients and has made a diagnosis in a complex situation. Stay well away from Barnaclinic
