I’ve always had a positive experience at Aurora Dentistry, but I am especially thankful today because they were able to arrange for my son to be seen by one of their pediatric specialists in the area same day and still get me in for my routine appointment. I recently had my first patient experience here after utilizing a related dental office since 2013. This office is closer to where we moved a couple years ago. Anyway, everything went smoothly. My hygienist was very skilled and seldom caused pain, which is of course welcome. And the dentist is personable and straightforward. So far, I am quite pleased with my switch!

The staff at Aurora Dentistry was kind and helpful from the first call I made. They were able to get me in fast for a dental emergency, took their time with me and treated me as if I was their family member. Jamie makes me feel comfortable everytime I walk through the door (she even remembers me when I call). Dr Fayerman has been fantastic to accommodate my dental needs and I feel is very honest about the dental work needed as well as pricing! I feel lucky to have found this office of skilled professionals!!

I will never go to this office again in my life. Unless you have plenty of money, they don't care about your dental health at all. I needed a more expensive cleaning but was unable to pay that today. As soon I said that, I was told to remove my bib, given a print out of my visit and had to leave. I wasn't even given the option of the basic cleaning covered by my insurance to help until I could pay for the more expensive cleaning. They preferred I leave in the worst possible condition. Completely humiliated and embarrassed. If you're struggling financially - even temporarily like in my case - do not even bother to schedule an appointment here. In a few months, when my situation is better, I will not be giving this place my business.

I've been coming to this dental office for quite some time. The entire staff do a great job, especially Brandi and Megan. Let me explain my guest experience, anytime I see Brandi for my quarterly cleanings and basic dental hygiene, she's always professional,l friendly, kind, courteous, and caring. Megan the office manager is second to none, this young lady exemplifies a professional environment, and is a consummate professional at all times. Consistently demonstrating professionalism, a willingness to help, caring and always friendly. It's like you're going home to get dental work done. I look forward to my visits just for the guest experience alone. Kudos to the entire team especially Megan, Brandi and Dr. Izzy.

My name is Donald Smith and I am taking a few moments to mention how much I appreciate the hygienist at Aurora Dentistry ( Brandi & Shahlo ) .

During my last visit I really appreciate Shahlo teaching me exactly how to properly floss my teeth . It is odd that all the time I have been visiting a dentist no one had taught me how to properly floss. Perhaps it is self explanatory but for her to take the time and care to make sure I understood meant a lot to me and has made a big difference.
