This is the first time ever that I have taken the time to leave a review. I recently underwent extensive dental reconstruction at Aspen Dental - Howe Avenue, and I couldn't be happier with the results. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm, welcoming and professional.

The staff were very friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. They took the time to explain each step of the process, ensuring I felt comfortable and informed. Dr. Tran was attentive and genuinely cared about my concerns, making me feel like a valued patient throughout the entire treatment.

The quality of care was exceptional. The advanced technology and techniques they used made a noticeable difference, and I was impressed by their attention to detail. Especial thanks to Dr. Tran's assistant, Jocelyn, who cared for me the many times I was there.

I highly recommend Aspen Dental - Howe Avenue to anyone considering dental reconstruction. Their combination of professionalism, expertise, and compassionate care truly sets them apart. Thank you All with a big smile!

My wife had a tooth needing to be pulled. Went through 3 other dentists just trying to get a simple extraction done. All they did was give her fake sympathy for her pain but just gave her padded estimates way beyond our ability to pay even with insurance. Went to Aspen Dental in pain looking for help and had the best experience ever at a dentist. The DR. examined her, listened to her needs, and we were out of there with no pain and no tooth. She is a real dentist and cares more about helping the person not seeing how much money the could make off a person in pain. The cost was very affordable and the treatment beyond excellent. If i could give the office staff ten stars that is what they deserve. We were treated like old friends and felt like people instead of like dollar signs. No phony caring just a great bunch of people. I recommend them 1,000 percent. Special shout out to Q. She was our first contact with Aspen Dental and gave my wife hope.

Where do I start?!!! My experience at Aspen Dental - Arden was by far the best I’ve ever had. This is the next level which I did not know after going to the previous dentist for years... The office was so clean, well organized, professional, and high tech. Dr. Tran was so attentive, genuinely caring, and took the time to treat her patients instead of rushing through the procedures. Dr Tran was so good and caring that there were out of town referred patients who came the distant to get treated.

Really terrible. I had a minor chip in my front tooth that was scheduled to be repaired at 8:30 AM. I spent over an hour-and-a-half waiting for the dentist and then after I saw her, I was sent back to the waiting room for another hour before being called back. By the time they were done, it was almost 2:00 and I'd missed almost an entire day of work. Even worse, my filling repair FELL OFF within twenty minutes of getting home! When I called to get it fixed that afternoon, they refused to see me until the next morning, forcing me to miss another half day of work. When I tried to schedule a routine cleaning, they refused to do anything less than a ridiculous cleaning that would cost me almost 2K out of pocket. I have very well maintained teeth that were last professionally cleaned just over six months ago. I've never had a cavity in my life, and I brush and floss daily. There is absolutely no reason that my teeth require an insane and costly deep cleaning. Furthermore, the dentist that treated me was demeaning and rude with a horrible bedside manner. Go at your own risk. I would give zero stars.

Fantastic staff! Amazing service! I haven’t been to the dentist in years out of fear and Aspen Dental was so SO gentle with me. They were able to see me immediately and I’ve never felt more confident going to the dentist. Would absolutely recommend, and will be coming back.

My first visit to Aspen Dental on Howe felt warm right from the entrance. I was greeted and acknowledged immediately. When my name was called shortly after filling out the online forms, I started to feel a little on edge. But a minute later, the young lady who led me into the X-ray room made me feel a lot better because she didn't judge the state of my teeth. The same goes for the Dentist, and his assistant. Despite my poor dental history, they spoke to me with genuine care in their voices and offered me the best advice for future dental care. I had originally come in to have a tooth removed that was already causing me severe pain.

So, if you need a dentist, I wholeheartedly recommend Aspen Dental. I even suggested them to my husband when he asked if I felt truly comfortable with going there for my dental care. The tooth extraction was painless, and now I look forward to my cleaning next week, and many more visits to come.
