I must say these people are thorough. From induction to out the door it was amazing. If you utilize Aspen Dental you will not be wanting for information. They are very thorough on what they do. They provide excellent and comprehensive explanations for everything. This was my first visit so time will tell but, so far the experience was well worth the time. Staff were very attentive, very professional, very accommodating and polite. One of my best first visit experiences

Great dental environment. Friendly Staff. I feel as if they was trying to get me to get work done that was definitely needed but not in my pay grade at the moment . I just needed two teeth pulled, not $10,000 worth of work done . Over all I would recommend them to a friend as long as they are willing to finance their dental needs…..

2 out of 3 appointments were rescheduled after they take u back and have u sit for hours. Doesn't communicate with patients. And doesn't answer phone. Had to cancel operation due to not having doctors available even after you've had extractions scheduled over a month. Ver poor service and would highly recommend not going here.

I received instructions for tooth extraction care and I was having severe pain in a lower tooth and the dentist Dr Lauderdale refuses to extract my teeth. I'm very happy with my upper dentures that I finally got after many months and I'll find a dentist to do my last tooth extractions. They consoled my severe tooth pain and absessed also with nothing but I'm sorry.

Friendly hygienist, doctor, and staff. Seemingly knowledgeable. I was basically tricked into coming to the appointment with low prices with no insurance. Upon arrival and exam, they told me I would need a deep cleaning that would cost triple (300) what my old dentist charged (120). I asked for a routine cleaning for the promised 90 over the phone and they refused to service me.

Ashley, Skylar, Katie and Dr. Cox were the best during my initial visit. They all made sure I wasn't feeling overwhelmed during my appointment and they were all kind and patient with me while explaining everything. 10/10 recommend!
