MAL SERVICIO!!. No tienen paciencia sobre todo la señorita que esta en frente del escritorio al entrar a la oficina. nunca volvere a ir a esta oficina dental, Perdida de tiempo y dinero si tubiera la opcion no les daria ni una estrella.😔

Every Dental I I chose in the past 15 years. I never had a good experience to any one of them. Since last year, I’ve been looking for a Dental that will work for me and I never had a luck to find one until couple days ago. I was just reading online and I saw the first dental office. That popped out on my computer and it was the Aspen Dental CLINIC. And what I like about them, they found me an appointment as soon as possible to get my broken tooth fix and I’m a little bit hesitant to go the next day for my appointment because of my bad experience from the past, but my guts was telling me to do it which I’m happy I did because by the time I got in their clinic it’s so welcoming and it’s so beautiful and clean inside. The staff are very friendly and they help me to find the best price that work for me to get my Dental done. I am very amazed of this company. It’s very convenient and way better price than Other Dental company. I highly recommend this Dental the Aspen and you’re not gonna regret it. I will Rate them 10 out of 10 for now. I’ll update after my appointments are done.

The staff was extremely kind and welcoming. Customer service was genuine. Their explanation of the processes and insurance/self-pay options was thorough. The office was clean and well-organized. It was refreshing to be in an office where every staff member is enthusiastic about their work and has a great bedside manner. The staff is attentive to explaining everything, developing a plan, and assisting in finding solutions to any issues. I am pleased with the service and plan they provided for me, and I am eager to make them my regular dentist.

The staff here is absolutely wonderful but the treatment leaves much to be desired:
The dentist that did my cavities did them way too fast and one is actually falling out. They've been hurting for months. I will say this, Dr. Singh and Dr. Simonyan know what they're doing and I haven't had a bad experience with them and their treatment.
I just had my wisdom teeth yanked yesterday and the surgeon was brutal: he moved way too fast and jabbed me hard with the needles and plunged them entirely too fast, making my fillings throb! He didn't numb my right side enough so when he started yanking the tooth it hurt!! He jabbed another needle and then resumed... barely waited long enough for the numbing to take effect. I thought he was gonna dislocate my jaw... I was in pain before the numbing even wore off!! I couldn't afford to be sedated so I was awake for the entire thing. I was shaking and crying and it didn't seem like anyone cared.
I called back today for help, because the meds he prescribed weren't working at all and I had been in the emergency room for 4 hours. I wasn't seen, plus the emergency dentist blew me off. The receptionist at this office proceeded to tell me that acetaminophen and ibuprofen are the same thing, and got an attitude when I corrected her. Still waiting on the surgeon to give me different medications. (Update, I have new meds now.)
I do like the hygienist, Talia the Dental Assistant and Alicia the office manager. They're super cool and kind, but honestly I can't see myself coming back here after the dismissal and disrespect from other staff.
Update: Alicia apologized to me personally and assured me that this is not the standard of care she stands by. I was treated by Dr. Simonyan today for my follow-up appointment after the surgery. She was on the same page as I, with regard for my comfort levels and treatment, and she listened to all my concerns and answered my questions. Forever grateful to have her treat me!

The front desk ladies are awesome! Alicia and Sophia took very good care of the paperwork, etc. My surgery was amazing; the surgeon sooo gentle. I have new teeth and my goal is to have my picture with my new teeth on the wall! Dr. Simonyan and her assistant Thalia were awesome as well. Thalia has a pretty face! 😄
