I love coming to Aspen Dental for emergency HELP before the ER at an hospital. The staff is so welcoming with BEAUTIFUL SMILES in a pleasant environment. I believe the positive atmosphere gives comfort to anyone who walks through those doors. Go in with an issue, come out with a solution. I have not experienced quality customer service better than Aspen Dental anywhere in Enid, America. The Dentist is very honest, knowledgeable and trustworthy unlike other businesses who provide false hope only to obtain your money. They will actually ensure you receive the correct care or point you in the right direction. Thank you to everyone who is employed by ASPEN DENTAL. ALL of YOU ARE AWESOME!!!

My son and I have both had positive experiences with Dr Kahn and the entire staff. Olivia was so helpful and nice, she helped me get my teeth back to white again!
I researched my insurance plan thoroughly to verify they were an in-network provider before even making an appointment, and my insurance company also gave them good reviews. Aspen gave me & my son a detailed treatment plan, and what my responsibility of payment would be if I accepted, which I did. Dental care shouldn’t be something that is needed at the last minute, that’s when costs can be at a point you can’t afford. My personal opinion, take care of your health now, those little fillings and cleanings every 6 months can save you pain and money. On top of doing your part and having good dental hygiene at home. I’m giving advice from experience through my husband’s journey to fix his teeth as an adult in the form of implants (over $20k, insurance doesn’t cover, all out of pocket). Just my 2 cents of advice. Get insurance, read it, make a plan, stick to it.

I really do not like to use these words, especially for a local business however, I guess it’s not local is it this is a scam. The prices are extremely inflated. They spend no time with you explaining the process. they wanted more for dentures than most people pay for implants. They talk you into paying extra for their “Insurance” which actually just brings them down, brings cost down a bit, but that cost that it saves you is actually built into the original price and I am considering Seeking legal council. It appears many states have lawsuits against them for the very same thing they obviously have not learned their lessons. On top of that, you have to finance this crap because you can’t afford it most of us can’t maybe some of you can thats on top of the price gouging you’re paying exorbitant interest to be able to Go forward to just be able to eat something as simple as eating because you have Teeth that are loose and will not allow you to eat. They catch people at their most vulnerable and then they take advantage of them. It’s really sad.

Fantastic friendly service! They went out of their way to squeeze me in for an extraction with hardly any waiting and it was the smoothest, and actually painless, extraction ever. Thank you all so much!

Do not use them! I went in twice and paid a total of $371.60 our of pocket for my two visits. I walked out because they tried to bill me another $240.00 at my third visit. I started to research why it cost so much, I called my insurance company and they submitted nothing to them. I called and told them to call my insurance company like the insurance company asked me to. The office manager told me that's not her job and she won't do it. She then told me the insurance company has already paid her $541.60 out of the total fees of $688.00. I have a breakdown of my billing from there corporate office. It shows the total fees of $688.00, insurance paid 0, There was $170.00 of in-network discounts because they claimed my insurance through my job was a discount plan, I paid $371.60 and they tell me I still have a remaining balance of $146.40. The office manager tried to convince me that my payments were insurance payments and then when I called her out didn't change her tune still said I was wrong. I have gone to principal and am filing the claim myself to get reimbursement. I will also file a complaint against Aspen with Principal because principal told me they are required to submit claims and can get in trouble for not doing it. I am also going to file a better business bureau complaint.

My opinion has not changed. I received a call on 12/26/24 from the office manager saying she found the mistake and it has now been submitted to the insurance company. No talk about refunding me any money or anything. I looked on principal and they still haven't filed any claim. I am guessing that the solution was to lie to me in hopes of changing my review.

Called for an emergency dental appointment and was very clear I had soonercare. They said they could get me in next day, so I canceled other places I had called that couldn't get me in till Monday. I drove 45 mins just for them to tell me it was "our call center out of California must have told you that, we dont take soonercare" WHY WAS I SPEAKING TO A CALL CENTER AGENT ON A FRIDAY AFTERNOON AT 2PM!? it was a huge gain to get me go come in and pay out of pocket for an emergency. And if for some reason you do have a call center to take appointments, then do better!!!!! I want to talk to the staff at the location. This is ridiculous business behavior and ill never recommend this place to anyone. Completely took advantage of me and my time and my gas and energy.

I was charged 800.00 for basic replacement dentures when add clearly stated 299.00 per arch and am wearing my old dentures now cause the ones I got from there hurt too use. Other than that it was just a wonderful experience HA!

I was not a patient and had contacted two other dental offices in town for an emergency. They gave me an appt within the hour and I walked out 30 minutes after that pain free. Great front desk/ reception staff, awesome tech and dentist. I would absolutely go back and recommend.
