I came in on Christmas eve , with dentures in pieces. My dog wanted a chew toy. They eagerly helped me and repaired my teeth better than new. Recommend 100%.

They have taken great care of me with each visit. The receptionist was super kind and attentive, as was the financial coordinator. The dental assistants were sweet and helpful. They were also very thorough with my x rays. I was seen by Dr. Bercier, he was kind and attentive, and made sure I was comfortable during my extractions.

I had the best first experience here. Love the staff. Professional and friendly. They will make you feel welcomed and cared for. I would recommend "Aspen Dental" of "Bessemer"to anyone. The dentist was awesome as well the dental assistants, unsure of the titles. But they were great!!!

I have never had a bad experience at this particular Aspen Dental. They've always greeted me with a smile. The techs have listened to everything that I've had to say and I can comfortably talk to them about my issues. They have done an excellent job in taking care of my dental issues and always offer great feedback to help me with whatever is going on.

This experience has been awesome! They are super friendly, professional, fast, and have great helped me immensely improve my smile which I have to say is now beautiful! I cannot say enough great things about this bessemer location! The price was very reasonable as well!

I want to echo the poor communication and pushy sales staff at the Bessemer location. I had a tooth break over the weekend and my normal dentist couldn't see me before Christmas. The call center assured me that my tooth could be repaired on my Tuesday morning appointment.

At my appointment I saw a prominently displayed sign that indicated that If I was more than 10 minutes late, then my appointment might be canceled. As instructed, I had arrived 15 minutes early to complete the intake paperwork. It was nearly 20 minutes later when I received my intake paperwork. After I went back to the office, I was given many x-rays and scans of my mouth that appeared to be contradictory. The staff seemed focused on questions about improving my smile with teeth whitening or alignment services. After waiting nearly an hour and a half, the dentist informed me that they would not be able to treat my broken tooth that day and that a patient coordinator would come by to schedule another appointment. I told the dentist no thank you that I would just see my normal dentist since they could not repair my tooth that day. The patient coordinator took about half an hour to arrive and tried to get me to schedule an appointment, which I declined. Thankfully my insurance covered everything.

If you're hoping to be seen on the same day as the Aspen Dental website suggests, save yourself the time and go to another location.
