This would be a great dentist office if they could get a good front office together. To me, a good doctor is a combination of good doctoring and good insurance billing. This office has wonderful people working behind the scenes making you comfortable and taking care of you. The front office is a disaster! Rude, disrespectful, and in my experience not very intelligent. When you walk past an open office you shouldn’t be exposed to someone lazily kicking back at their desk looking sloppy and unprofessional. When speaking to them there’s a tone in their voice and some definite eye rolling going on. I left in the middle of an appointment with a mouth full of anesthesia to get away from them. I’ve been a patient for around 10 years now but I’m not sure I can go back. I’m fully aware the good old days where customer service was part of running a business are gone, but this is intolerable. I’ll be spreading the word about my experience.

I’m giving a good review for Dr. Morales and most of his team. They’re wonderful for the most part, but billing and reception has changed. It’s tolerable. Once inside it’s a great place. It used to be great top to bottom. Reception and billing are a nightmare. They’re pompous and arrogant to say the least. They seem to think their job is your job. I wouldn’t go back after meeting those two lazy women if I didn’t know the wonderful people beyond the door. I hope they’re gone soon. Don’t let them deter you. Dr. Morales and his team behind the scenes are wonderful. I’ve always thought good doctors were 50 percent great doctors and 50 percent good medical billers. I hope they figure it out.

I had a great first visit with Dr. Morales. His entire staff was friendly, competent and efficient. Natalie did an excellent job cleaning my teeth. Dr. Morales gave me the best oral exam I’ve ever had, and took plenty of time talking, explaining and listening to me. And his assistant made me feel welcome, relaxed and in good hands.

Overall it was an excellent experience!

Even after having moved to Twin Peaks from the Fontana area last December, my wife and I kept driving down the hill to go to our previous dentist. It’s not easy to find a new dentist right away when you moved to a new area. But we really scored with arrowhead dental arts. They take great care of you, and they really really really know what they’re doing. Our family highly recommends this dental group for your smiling needs.

The entire team is remarkably professional and knowledgeable.
Everyone was extremely kind.
The registered dental hygienists are incredible, I had a tiny piece of plaque that they spent an hour getting it out. Certainly performing above and beyond.
Dr. Morales takes his time, explains what needs to be done, and provides options in a kind and professional manner.
46 years old and this was the best office visit in my life.

So I was reminded several times that I already left a review, couldn’t find a way to write a new one so here it is…
I don’t hate going to the dentist.
That’s says everything.
I think most people have an uneasy feeling or, even, dread going to the dentist.
Somehow this establishment quells all those fears.
I don’t want to miss anyone so I have to “bunch” up the whole crew.
You guys are amazing, and I’m not normally amazed by anything.
There, that’s the best I can do.
